Just a short drive will put you in the heart of Blue Hill where you’ll find great restaurants and cafes. Acadia National Park is just 30 miles away.

5 acres of lawns, gardens, and meadows and a gentle rocky beach on Blue Hill's Salt Pond, a protected inlet of the Atlantic Ocean. The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. Salt Pond Farmhouse is a charmingly preserved 1813 three-bedroom cape, on the Blue Hill Peninsula, about half way between Blue Hill and Deer Isle, and an hour or so from beautiful Acadia National Park. The house overlooks scenic Salt Pond, and there is a path to the pond side, where small boats may be launched from the grassy shore when the tide is in. The Blue Hill Peninsula offers many activities, including sightseeing, art galleries, water sports, hiking, biking, birding, dining, and more.

Living area has a smart tv (no cable, but internet available to access your streaming account). DVD's also available. Kitchenette comes with Keurig with k-cups included, mini fridge, coffee maker/filters, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate (no oven), dishes/pots and pans. There is a loft with an army cot. Not suitable for children under age 5.

BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Dragonfly Cottage is a singular unique Maine get-away in the heart of the Blue Hill Peninsula. The house has undergone many new upgrades providing a warm, comfy-cozy atmosphere. The wooded 1.5 acre parcel is located in the town of Brooklin. The property is 5 miles from Wooden Boat School and is centrally located for any number of activities, including staying home and peacefully reading.

Robin's Nest – Eco-friendly studio

New open apartment at the top of easy-access spiral stairs, private, and quiet located in the forest and a short walk to the sea. It features a balcony facing eastward, a queen size bed, and futon to sleep an additional two people. Also included is a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, hot-plate, and microwave. There is a full bath with fresh towels, hot shower, and a dining area which includes a pine table with benches.
