Was a great stay! Nice location private but not way out of the way that couldn’t reach local attractions easily. Very clean and comfortable accommodations - very well stocked with most basics you would need. The pups loved the yard!

We stayed here while on a travel contract for Reading hospital. Great location! Jennifer was responsive to all our questions and very accommodating. We extended our stay and already booked our next stay at another one of her rentals.

This was our second time staying here and we loved the privacy and beautiful surroundings. Charles was very responsive and friendly. It was close to some of the activities we had planned with our family. We’ll be back!

Our 4th stay at Lyle’s and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! The location is ideal and the fenced in yard is perfect for our dog and kids. We always feel right at home here and Lyle is the best host! He’s responsive, kind and proactive. Love that the location is away from the main strip of Jim Thorpe but still so close to everything. We’ll be back again (and again and again)!

Caterina’s place was perfect for our overnight stay. Our dog loved the large and secure yard and we like the old home charm. We found a parking spot right in front of the house, and we felt that the road was not very busy. Caterina was very responsive, and had left many thoughtful treats for everyone. Will stay with her again.

Stayed at Barn Door Cottage for a family wedding. From the time of booking, Devon was helpful, responsive and easy to communicate with. From booking to check-in, the directions were clear and straight-forward, which made settling in for the weekend all the easier. The house is adorable and decorated in the area’s motif and is homey, warm and welcoming. Will look to stay again for the next family trip to New Hope/Lambertville!

Fantastic stay!! Home is unique and spacious. Great common areas but the layout of the house also allows for some privacy if someone wants to go to bed early, nap etc. which was ideal for our family. Outdoor space is beautiful! lots of wildlife to admire. Fishing ponds were the highlight of my 15yr olds stay. He caught perch, brook trout, brown trout and rainbows! We all had a blast and can’t wait to go back! Did a few day excursions to Jim Thorpe, Hickory Run and a few other stops, all a quick trip from ‘home’! Gary was attentive and extremely welcoming! Great host!

I'll be honest, I don't really write reviews. This house is my exception. This property exceeded every expectation my family and I had for our vacation. The property was accurately described with every amenity imaginable! Additionally, the extra touches on the property made our stay comfortable and really memorable. We had never been to the Poconos before, and this property elevated our experiences. We plan to return and hopefully stay in this home again. Finally, Penpa's communication was second to none. Every step of the trip the host provided detailed instructions, quick support with any questions, and reasonable flexibility with requests that made their property the best experience my wife or I have ever had with Airbnb in the 13 years we've used the service. Thank you to both of you for a wonderful experience. Your home is something special, and the way you run your property is exceptional. We really appreciated it.

This place is a 10/10. It had so much fun stuff to do in the house that we didn’t even need to leave! I definitely want to book again in the summer so we can enjoy the hammock and the fire pit, unfortunately it was raining and snowed. But it was still a blast! I loved it!

House as described, so you get what you expected. I spent three night with my wife and 4 kids, we loved and enjoy this place but the weather was so cold outside so we had to look for indoor activities for kids to play, so we went to NOVA Trampoline Park (50 min) Drive but was worth it. also there are Walmart 20 min drive from this house we bought whatever we need to cook. we did enjoyed the BBQ and the Hot tub. the house so clean and the host Peter is great. this community doesn't have any indoor pool or gym or soccer playground that's why we went to NOVA Trampoline spent few hours there they have indoor soccer field with is my favorites' kids activities.

The place was great as described, had a very nice quite environment. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and ready to use. We had s lot of fun in the game room and the kitchen and living room was perfect space for our friends and family to use.

This is my first Airbnb review, despite how many properties I’ve stayed in. I feel compelled to write because David was amazing. Super accommodating, beautiful property and that hot tub was perfect! He was very responsive, helpful and kind. I would totally stay at this property again. And thanks to the property manager, Don, who was totally amazing as well. I loved every minute of it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rachel’s. It was the perfect getaway for what we were looking for - an escape from city living for rest and relaxation. The space was incredibly comfortable and pristinely clean. Rachel was communicative and always responsive to answer any questions. Highly recommend for a cozy, relaxed escape!

Host was extremely kind and quick to respond. Very clear details and instructions. She also recommended local places, sent us events going on during our stay, and told us their favorite things to do in the community which was great and helped us decide what to prioritize during our weekend trip! The lake was stunning and we saw tons of wildlife! We had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better host! Thank you for letting us stay!!

Very cozy house. Loved the wrap around deck and huge backyard! Deer visited us every morning and evening! Our two dogs were outside practically the entire time! They loved it!!!

The space was as described and pictured! The adults and children enjoyed the open concept, game room, and outdoor space.

We had a great stay. It was just what we needed for a weekend away from the City. The house was clean, the fenced in yard was great for the dog, hot tub was really nice, and the fire pit was great for a chilly night. We felt right at home and would definitely stay again. It was a great, peaceful place to stay. The jacuzzi was bigger than I expected, which made it very comfortable. We had everything we needed at the house, and our nights were so relaxing and quiet.

We loved staying here we would love to repeat Matt and Colleen were really responsive and we loved how we could stay there and feel like we were at home plus it was super clean the hot tub 5 star and it was a relaxing place the beds super comfy everything was great we would definitely coming back it’s a 5 star stay ❤️

It was a quaint stay peaceful I got some really good rest. Enjoyed the scenery see a ton of deer along my weekend stay and in the area. Definitely worth it. Extremely clean, pristine on cleanliness. Had an issue with the shower, but it was because I had no idea how to use it. The owner contacted me let me know exactly how to use it. Definitely responsive and extremely sweet. Thank you Andrea
