Location, location - accessible to everything. Loved sitting out on the back deck that was shaded and enjoying nature with my family. Smart TV in the bedroom was a bonus! Large shower. Fully stock kitchen - beautiful hardwood floors - bathrooms updated! Ample seating. Would definitely stay again. Host was available and very responsive with any questions.

Our family enjoyed staying at Andrea’s place due to the private space, fenced in yard, and affordability. We would come back to stay again when in the area.

Great place to stay for a quick visit!! Nice and cozy. There's also a yummy smash burger food truck about 2-3 blocks away worth visiting. Great communication with Michael. Easy "check in and out" . Definitely recommend to others!!

We loved staying at The Rose Cottage! It was clean, well stocked and had everything that was promised and that we needed! The kitchen appliances and tools were some of the best of any short term rental I’ve ever stayed! We just brought heat-up meals, but I believe I could’ve cooked whole meals there every night! Living room was comfortable and the beds were just right. I recommend staying here when in Hot Springs, and would stay here again if we’re in the area!

Kimberly's unit was outstanding. It met all of our needs and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay by the lake. We will definitely promote her unit and use it again in the near future. Thank you so much, Kimberly for your prompt communication, and for letting us use your wonderful place.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Steve's place! It was a very calm and relaxing area with an amazing view! Good location with many places to visit around and short drive to downtown hot-springs.

The place was great. It felt secluded with privacy, when we were grilling food and relaxing in the hot tub on the back deck. We also took advantage of the fire pit and the kids were able to make s’mores. As for the inside, it was much larger than what we needed, but we obviously were very comfortable with so much space. The house was very clean and I can’t find a complaint. I’m sure that we’ll be back again!

Jana is an amazing host. While our trip didn’t turn out as planned due to terrible weather Jana stayed in communication with us making sure we had everything we needed while we sheltered in place. The house was very nice. Upon arrival there were treats left out for us and even treats for our dogs! When we visit Hot Springs again this will definitely be our first choice.

It was a great place to stay for me and my wife for a couple days to get away. Really enjoyed the mood of the place and the pool and patio, John was very helpful with troubleshooting sound system with us. It is real cozy and very relaxed, which was what we were wanting. Would recommend this for anyone wanting to spend few days to relax and get away.

I believe that a perfect rating is required, but we got in late, after having car trouble, so it was dark and we really had to search for where we were going. We also realized that we had parking at the end of the building and didn't have to park in the back. I couldn't get in with our door code, but Kevin quickly gave us one to unlock the door. The condo is amazing. We were on the first floor but never heard anyone above us. It was very quiet and peaceful to sleep and then enjoy the daytime view overlooking the water. Everything was very convenient, the condo was really nice and well-appointed inside, 15 minutes from the convention center, close to a lot of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here. Just make sure to ask him to leave the light on if you are arriving late. We would definitely stay again.

Great place, plenty of room, very clean! Host is very responsive as well. Very nice to have 2 full bathrooms and rooms on two floors for more privacy. Definitely recommended!

Lovely home in a very peaceful part of Hot Springs National Park. Enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning while sipping coffee on the porch. Convenient having two bathrooms and full working kitchen. Bed was comfortable with plenty of space to spread out throughout the house. Just a few minute drive from Bathhouse Row and all there is to experience on Central Ave. Easy parking at multi-level lot at 128 Exchange Street - bargain at $1.00/hour. Easy access to surrounding mountains to meander through the National Park. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. Ellis and John were friendly and easy to work with. Charming, homey Craftsman style house with great art and pottery. So many nice touches. Comfortable bed. The garden and landscaping were beautiful and relaxing. It felt like a little oasis. Loved walking the neighborhood! Enjoyed dinner at Pantry and Kemuri plus breakfast at Hillcrest Little Bakery. Highly recommend!!

What a great trip- everything was exactly as described. Even after a few hiccups - the location, the space, and the amenities were exactly as promised. So walkable to downtown, and if you want a medium challenging hike, that's walkable too. Host was so responsive, and the front and rear seating areas were great to unwind after a day. Driveway was a little steep but easily navigated - even when the other folks were there. Again, clean and as described - Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The cabin was beautiful and so incredibly peaceful. It was amazing to be close to great dining and experiences, while also feeling secluded and surrounded by nature. Tammy and David were so helpful, kind and responsive. Just note that small cars without all wheel drive may have a little trouble getting up the gravel driveway depending on weather conditions. We would highly recommend this location to any couples looking for a cozy retreat. It was stunning!

Wow! This home has so much character and attention to detail when it comes to design and art! The hosts are amazing and so accommodating! Cannot wait for our next stay here! The location is perfect and there is so much to do right there in the neighborhood. We really enjoy staying at this beautiful home!

The decor was beautiful and the house was nice and comfy. There are 2 thermostats and the ac DEFINITELY works lol. There was plenty of room for us.
