The Comfy Gatwick Annex

Check-in anytime after 3pm. Our guest house is freshly built in 2025. It's a very peaceful area near Gatwick Airport with lovely neighbours. Bus stop is 1 minute away. It takes from 10 mins to get to/from the train station and from 12 mins to/from the Gatwick Airport. - sockets with USBs, don't need to worry about adaptors :) - free coffee/tea on the kitchen - big garden - Wifi - free parking - smoke-free home - EV charger (if you want to use it we charge 35p/kw just to cover electricity)

Horley Station is 7 minute walk away with direct links to Airport, London or Brighton. Bedroom has a king bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 is set as extra space and an office - (sofa bed available on request) Full kitchen including microwave, gas oven and hob and washer dryer. Pet friendly - bring your dogs (and cats) along.

The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.
