The Bubby house was a lovely environment! Clay was great at ensuring our stay was comfortable throughout our visit. The house itself is warm and inviting. The character of the Airbnb is a unique reflection of the area, staying authentic to the apparent history of the area while still showcasing the host's tastes and design interests. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer and enjoy the house more. The sun porch is lovely, the street is calm and quiet, and during the fall, seeing the trees from the comfort of the inside was beautiful. There are lots of things to do in the area and lots of activities to do in the house if that is an option for you! We had a great stay; thanks for everything!

I had an amazing stay at this house near Gloucester Beach! The home was very clean, neat, and comfortable. I felt completely safe throughout my stay, and the location was perfect — just a short trip to the beach. The host was great and made everything easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

Me and my mother stayed at Jennifer's place over Halloween while visiting family in the area. We had a wonderful stay, getting in was easy and the place was spotless and exactly as advertised. It was very warm and welcoming and the kitchen had everything we could have needed, and there was a great binder of recommendations and other helpful details about the house and surrounding area. The picturesque neighborhood was very quiet and great to walk around and see the changing foliage. We walked past a group of bird-watchers that had set up in a nearby park in the hopes of catching a glimpse of a rare bird that had nested in a nearby tree. How fun! If you are bringing children, there is a nice playground at the end of the block that my eight year old niece gives her solid endorsement, and on Halloween there was a fun costume contest/show for the local kids in the park. A warm community all around. We look forward to staying again in a future visit.

This cozy space in a beautiful coastal neighborhood was perfect for a 1-night stay for myself, my husband, and our two dogs. Hosts were friendly and easy to work with. We found everything we needed.

We were traveling as a group of 7 for a wedding in Nahant. Location was ideal. House was spacious with a few different places to hang out. I don't remember if the description said that the 2nd bathroom is off the master bedroom, but no one used the master bedroom so it would be accessible to everyone for use. Beds and bedrooms were good. Overall, a great experience

Regina was very responsive and patient with my many questions and comments re: parking, check in, air freshener/odor from the previous tenants, and more. My son and I stayed 4 nights and played at the park across the street almost every day. The (LEED certified) building was clean and quiet. Entry instructions were easy to follow. Saturday night street noise in late April was minimal. Nighttime street light was fine. The shower water pressure was "eco-friendly," but plenty hot. We found free parking 1 block away for all 4 nights. The neighborhood felt safe. We walked to the Kendall Sq. T station, Science Museum, riverwalk and several restaurants. Note: If you need a Charlie ticket/card, only one of the Kendall Sq. station entrances has ticket vending—don't give up! There is an amazing ice cream place a couple blocks away, (Toscanini's). We sampled nearby bakeries (Tatte, Boulangerie, Bakey), and highly recommend Bakey for any of the babkas or "broissants." We'd love to return.

Gretchen’s house is a charming, two-story one on a very nice and quiet little street. The furnishings are pretty and tasteful, and there is comfortable living room furniture, as well an excellent beds and pillows. Our favorite thing was its location, within very easy walking distance from a gorgeous park and beach. Downtown was also reachable via a short walk. We did some of our own cooking and found everything we needed. Gretchen was an especially nice and responsive hostess. If we were lucky enough to get to Rockport again, I would want to stay there.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Karen was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The house is spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and dining room. I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

Thanks Jo for the accommodation. This place was meeting our requirements, our stay was pretty comfortable. It was warm, clean and my 3 yr old enjoyed the backyard. Jo was approachable and friendly to talk. I would definitely recommend this place.

We celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday at Jeff’s house. The view and the house was beyond amazing. We ate breakfast and dinner with a view each day. The sunrise and the sunset were better than the pictures. The location was perfect as there was lots to do In each direction. Thank you Jeff for being an amazing host and we hope to be back hopefully in the summer to use those kayacks!

This is a cute ADU within walking distance to the Route 128 station. The unit is very spacious and reasonably priced. Wuke graciously helped us out when we needed laundry detergent. We would stay here again. Only downside is that the ADU has a bit of an unfinished feel. The shower did not have a curtain, the bedroom skylight window was papered over, and there was command-strip residue leftover in a few places.

Had an excellent stay with boatloads of New England atmosphere. My wife loved the piano that seemed in tune. Definately worth it

beautiful home great for large quiet family gatherings!

My family and I were all meeting from out of state at this home for a little weekend get together. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with many utensils,cookware, and supplies. Everything was clearly marked which was great! There was A/Cs in each room which helped create a comfortable environment! There are two sets of stairs that are quite steep but do have handrails. The living room and bathroom are quite small but everything was very clean and enjoyable.

I was accompanying my daughter and granddaughter on a college tour in the area. We were fortunate to find this comfortable and well furnished apartment. The girls enjoyed the big comfy beds and I enjoyed the private parking. The bathroom was small but functional. The location was excellent, easy to get around and felt secure for walks to restaurants. Shila kindly provided coffee supplies so we could have that first morning cup before heading out. All appliances were clean and worked well. Would happily stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

Great stay for a large group with everyone having room and options of private room or shared space for a sleepover vibe. Having plenty of space for relaxing all together before or after heading out and having transportation close by made it the the perfect rest stop with the Green Line being relatively close. It is stated in the listing but with a large group the single bathroom becomes a bottleneck so making a plan for the bathroom helps alot with time efficiency and also with the rooms having mirrors as well as a sink in the kitchen it's easily manageable. Thank you so much to the host for being responsive and for sharing the space.

This is always my favorite place to stay while visiting family in Medford. It’s convenient, very clean, and comfortable. Joe is a great host and he makes the process very easy.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

This place was absolutely perfect for the baby moon for my daughter. It was close to what she wanted to do in Salem. It was perfect for a night in during the rain to snuggle and watch movies and to sleep in. It was quiet. It was perfect for a quick baby moon retreat! 🙏🏽
