We had intended to stay closer to Mazunte, but we actually up preferred this location. Private, quiet, and so beautiful, the house is rustic compared to hotel living but all the better for it. Highly recommended.

One of the best Airbnb places I’ve stayed at. Super clean, really nice people, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable at their place.

We really enjoyed our time at Gretel's place. The space is great for a group or family with three private bedrooms and bathrooms. As well as great common space in the kitchen, pool area and on the rooftop. We did not realize how vital the pool was until we would venture out on hot days to walk around the area. The location was perfect as it was enough off the main strip to avoid the noise but close enough to be able to walk to the action and even to neighboring Mazunta. The host was very helpful with information about the house and area before we arrived and responding quickly to our questions. The only challenge we had was to maneuver in and out of the garage but we managed and the host gave us some alternative options if needed.

Si buscas desconectarte y pasar unas vacaciones en contacto con la naturaleza, la casa de Brenda es ideal. El lugar está cerca de una playita pero en 20 minutos en carro estás en Mazunte. Amé los espacios, todo abierto, vista al mar, atardeceres 🌅 espectaculares y nada de ruido. Ella es muy atenta y su staff está pendiente de cualquier necesidad. La casa está en un lugar seguro y tranquilo. Regresaría a n mis futuros viajes a la costa de Oaxaca!

What a wonderful experience our stay at Casa Sapo was. This is a very special place. The architecture/construction is amazing, the natural setting so beautiful. Staying here is truly an immersive experience. Being the dry season, there were not nearly as many insects as I thought there would be, and the house was cool and comfortable at night and in the mornings. We came prepared with repellent for mosquitos (there were quite a few) but outside of a scorpion in the corner of one of the bedroom ceilings, there was less to worry about than I had anticipated. We had strong swell, so I will mention that the sound is very, very loud, as the concrete structure serves as an amphitheater for the sound of the waves. This kept us awake for the first night, however by the second and third night we had grown accustomed to it and it was fine. Mario was responsive and communicative the entire time, willing to check us in a couple of hours early. Maria is a delight. Lovely stay.

Private, clean and well looked after. Don’t expect a lot of amenities in area if that’s what you are looking for. Small village with only the basics and few places to eat which may or may not be open. Plan to be self reliant or willing to travel to dine out. Beautiful area.

Property is GORGEOUS! Stunning ocean views, beautiful pool, comfortable beds. Host Dimas and staff were super friendly and attentive. The pool was cleaned every morning. Villa is in a gated community, felt very private, and safe. La Crucecita, restaurants, grocery shops were a 10 minute drive away. Well worth it for the views, but be aware for those with mobility limitations, there are lots stairs. Also note the private beach has some pretty rough waves, not recommended for swimming! We loved our stay.

Mi familia estuvo muy contenta en la casa y con toda confianza no duden en reservar . Vincent’s condo in Huatulco is lovely. It is new, sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. The pool and deck area are also clean. In fact, the entire complex is very well cared for. My husband and I had to suddenly move from our first apartment in Huatulco. Vincent was very friendly and extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in several hours early. He also gave our daughter and her husband and late check out when they left a few days after us. Vincent’s apartment is well situated and in a very quiet area. It is about a 20 minute walk to La Crucecita and many excellent restaurants. There are also several different pickleball courts in area which was a real bonus! In addition, there are many beaches to choose from that are just are an affordable cab ride away. We enjoyed our stay in Huatulco and Vincent’s condo very much. We will be back soon!

Fue una estancia maravillosa, es un lugar muy limpio, agradable con una vista al mar maravillosa, nos sentimos como en casa, nos relajamos un lugar con una vibra maravillosa, además Isabel es una extraordinaria anfitriona, siempre estuvo pendiente, y además es muy bondadosa, recomiendo mucho este lugar, para disfrutar del hermoso Huatulco con la familia.

Great communication. Really enjoyed staying at Andrea’s place. Close to the beach and close to all other amenities. The room tell for clean and quiet. I would come back again.

Mi estancia fue corta, pero me pareció un buen lugar para llegar a descansar . Si no quieres salir , tiene todo para descansar a gusto, muy útil y bonito.

Departamento en planta baja bastante cómodo. Comercio cercano para adquirir enseres.

Peaceful and lovely stay. Loved the rooftop pool and watching the sunset from there. Clean and accurate place, easy check-in, and super walkable area to lots of great restaurants. Air conditioning was awesome and the beds and couch was really comfortable. We had ear plugs to help but there are many neighborhood dogs that are very loud.

Todo excelente me encantó el Depto. Las instalaciones la comida del restaurante, la playa, sin duda lo volvería a elegir.

El departamento es muy amplio y tiene una vista privilegiada a la bahía, incluso mejor que en las fotos. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estancia. La comunicación con Aviel fue excelente; siempre estuvo atento y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones de comida, tours y actividades. Al llegar tuvimos un inconveniente con el Internet, pero lo resolvieron rápidamente. La alberca, aunque es compartida con otros departamentos, casi siempre está sola, lo que permite disfrutarla con tranquilidad. Sin duda, recomiendo hospedarse aquí.

Wonderful accommodation - very spacious, comfortable and clean. The highlight for us was the pool. Walking distance to large grocery store, "Chedraui", which carried everything you needed. Very secure well maintained building and grounds. The security personnel were very accommodating calling taxis for us and selling large bottled water. Restaurants close by, "El Cajun" was our favourite in the complex and we unfortunately heard too late in the week about "Vienna" which is across the road above Liverpool Express which was a residents recommendation. Friendly residents that live in the complex. Local beaches - Playa Chahue across the road had red flags but looked Ok for swimming close to shore. A quiet hidden treasure is Playa El Tejon a 20 minute walk or 40 peso cab ride for ocean swimming and snorkelling. Chairs and cafes on the beach but a steep walk down. Jerod always was responsive to our texts.

Estuvimos muy agusto, desde un principio fueron muy amables y atentas en todo momento a lo que se nos ofreciera, estábamos a 5 min. en coche del centro,la zona súper tranquila y segura... sin duda volveríamos ♥️

I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at an Airbnb this well stocked! The kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces had everything you need and more. We felt right at home here. The views are incredible, the beach is quiet, and the resort is very convenient. One thing to note: there are a lot of stairs to climb from the pool area back up to the condo, with no elevator. The result is amazing views, but someone with mobility issues may struggle. Aviel is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Recomiendo ampliamente este alojamiento. Tuvimos una excelente experiencia. Está en una zona tranquila pero cerca de lugares para comer y de la playa (en carro o taxi) El anfitrión fue muy amable y respondía rápido a todas nuestras preguntas. Otra de las cosas que nos encantó es que es Pet friendly. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí.

TODO MUY BIEN, LUGAR AGRADABLE TRANQUILO Y SIBRE TODO MUCHA PRIVACIDAD. EL ÚNICO DETALLE FUE QUE LA ALBERCA PRIVADA NO SE PUDO OCUPAR PRÁCTICAMENTE 2 DIAS POR LIMPIEZA. PERO AUN ASI LA DISFRUTAMOS.

Hermoso lugar. Muy limpio y ordenado. es tal cual se describe. Tanto el apartamento como las areas comunes muy bonitas. equipado con todo lo.necesario. Lo unico incomodo seria el autobus con musica que pasa constantemente en las noches hasta media noche aproximadamente, pero es algo que se escapa del control del edificio. El estacionamiento es en la calle pero no batallamos para nada en encontrar lugar para aparcar. Esperamos volver!!
