A beautiful and elegant 4 bedroom house near the charming, historic town of Camaiore. The house is situated in a small hamlet at the top of a hill with stunning views out to the nearby towns and the sea beyond. The town of Camaiore is at the bottom of the hill and the house is also only a few kilometres from the exclusive resort-lined Versilia coast. Please note this property is only really suitable for 6 adults maximum (plus 4 kids) as there are bunk beds in one of the rooms.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. La casa si trova in alta collina a circa 600mt slm ed è inserita all'interno di un piccolo borgo. Dista dal parcheggio del paese di Metato 1,5km, quest'ultimo tratto è un percorso stretto e ripido accessibile con piccole auto 4WD, il proprietario può mettere a vostra disposizione una fiat panda, da utilizzare esclusivamente dal parcheggio alla casa.
