The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired I can arrange a comfortable transportation from and to the airport 24h / 7days a week at a very low cost. The cozy interior of our home, with its sofa and the dining area will make you feel like home. Prepare your breakfast/meal at the kitchen by making use of all the facilities. Enjoy your morning coffee in the yard and your meal in the terrace, so that you feel the vibes of the Greek ancient spirit. Our home offers privacy with the two separate level master bedrooms. Apart from the main entrance, a second one is leading directly to the second bedroom. The living room sofa can accommodate an extra guest. The neighborhood of Plaka is a great place for sightseeing, home to the city's most famed historical monuments. Access from/to the Airport: Approx. 70’ by Metro line 3 / 35klm by car Access from/to Piraeus Port: Approx. 25’ by Metro line 1 / 11klm by car Our property has staircase both indoors and outdoors. Nevertheless, downstairs bedroom is also accessible directly from street level as well.

This fabulous house is located right under the Parthenon, literally in the shadow of Acropolis in the known historical area of Plaka. It has two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a living room (with a single sofa bed). Apart from the balcony which has a great view of Lycabetus hill and the city of Athens there is a terrace , with a surface of 30sq.m facing the Acropolis where you can relax an enjoy the view. The metro of Acropolis is less than 200m far from the house. In this area you will see all Athens' sights by walking. Anafiotika area is a very picturesque neighborhood.It is also know as "the island without a sea".Actually it gives the impression of an island with its small white-washed houses,narrow streets and steps,stone walls and gardens full with flowers.
