Located in a quiet area of north Awqad in Salalah city, it is a 15 minutes ride from the city center, where the traditional souks/markets and malls are located. It is also a 15-minute drive from the Salalah Airport. It is also close to the mountainous areas, which are nice to visit in the summer, where the temperatures do not exceed 25°C.
