Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Der Pool ist zwar nicht riesig, aber sauber und völlig ausreichend für unsere 2 Jungs (9+11), sie könnten darin stehen. Er wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes auch mehrfach morgens gereinigt. Die Liegen und die Terrasse sind super. Der Garten ist riesengroß, viel Platz zum Toben für die Kinder. Es ist auch einiges an Spielen vorhanden. Clara hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und bei unserer Ankunft warteten ein paar Leckereien auf uns. Lediglich die Bäder könnten ein kleines Make Over vertragen bzw. die Fugen in der Dusche gereinigt werden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Ventilator im Haus. Das WLAN Signal ist eher schwach und nur im Obergeschoss gut. Unsere Restaurant Empfehlung ist das Da Beatrice, nur 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem hatten wir eine ganz tolle Woche in diesem Haus.

We loved our stay at David's place near Comano. Beautiful surroundings with authentic feel. 7 of us were very comfortable. Loved the deck and the pool. Gorgeous town with cafe right across!

Maria Teresa è stata una padrona di casa perfetta. Non solo ci ha fatto sentire a casa nella sua splendida corte, fornendoci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e molto di più, ma ci ha raccontato anche la storia della sua splendida famiglia che in quella casa ha vissuto tanti momenti importanti per la storia italiana durante la seconda guerra mondiale. Ci ha coccolato con le sue squisite torte e fatto viaggiare con la memoria nel suo territorio e anche oltre oceano, con racconti che ci porteremo nel cuore con tanto affetto. Speriamo di incontrarla di nuovo, perché le persone come lei sono un vero tesoro!

Unsere Freundesgruppe (9 Personen) hat eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Unser Highlight war der Pool, der sehr groß und sauber ist. Rolf und Livia sind sehr sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden immer wiederkommen!

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Bellissimo appartamento, comodo e spazioso. Peccato non aver avuto tempo di sfruttare la terrazza e il giardino! Impagabile il posto macchina all'interno del cortile. I vicini sono un po' rumorosi, o forse le pareti sottili, ma a parte qualche strano rumore la sera, non ci hanno disturbato. Non c'è il wi-fi, mio figlio l'avrebbe apprezzato, ma è indicato chiaramente nella descrizione che non è disponibile, quindi assolutamente nessun problema!

Host molto gentile e disponibile. Casa molto bella, come nelle foto. accogliente e calda, perfetta per un weekend o come appoggio durante la settimana. posto tattico e facilissimo da raggiungere.

We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

I cannot thank Anna Donatella enough for always taking care of my team when we visit the Cremona area. They are so kind, so helpful and this stay has become my home away from home. I can’t wait to come back soon and thank you for always taking such amazing care of us. It is a pleasure 🤍

This property is far better than the description and photographs. It is set in the most amazing surroundings. The views are just stunning. The balcony is just an amazing place to sit and relax. The quietness and peacefulness is deafening. It's an interesting drive to and from, just remember to sound your horn on the bends. It is near yobyown with several large supermarkets. The kitchen is well equipped, it has a lovely bathroom. We were a little wary of the small spiral staircase that leads down to bathroom and bedrooms, but the rear door access makes it easy to get a suitcase downstairs. Tale a walk around the village it has some lovely old alleyways. There is a walk (stone roadway) 50 meters from the property. It leads up the mountain and is well worth a try. The property is very nice indeed, lovely outside space with table, chairs, longer and larger sun umbrella. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. Roby waxwarm and welcoming. You have to visit to appreciate the beauty.

We had an amazing stay (6 nights) at Luciana's. Her house is immaculate with a well-equpped and well-stocked kitchen, warm and homey decor, spacious yet cozy. The grounds are beautiful. Unfortunately, we were unable to sit out and enjoy them due to the weather. Traverstelo was an ideal location for our trip to Emilia-Romagna since we had a car (bonus for private parking at Luciana's), and everything was within 1 hour maximum drive. We looked forward to returning to our "home sweet home" to relax at the end of the day. Luciana is a wonderful host. She's gracious, attentive, warm and helpful. She thinks of everything you might need during your stay. Luciana, thank you again for a memorable stay in Emilia-Romagna. We know where we'll stay the next time we visit this special part of Italy. Luciana's/Casa di Greta of course!

Casa perfetta per soggiorni brevi. Pulita e fornita di un’abbondante colazione ed acqua. Antonio molto chiaro nella descrizione delle modalità d’accesso.

Spazio ampio, sia interno che uno splendido spazio esterno (da sfruttare principalmente in estate). Posto molto isolato, ottimo per rilassarsi.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! La maison est grande, propre et fonctionnelle. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, le coin repas a l’extérieur est très agréable. La piscine ainsi que le jardin sont spacieux. La maison est située dans les montagnes, c’est un havre de paix. Il y a une rivière à 3 minutes à pieds… C’était parfait. Les propriétaires possèdent un restaurant juste au dessus de la maison, nous y sommes allés deux fois et c’était formidable (produits locaux, cuisine familiale..). Les hôtes ont été très accueillants, réactifs et ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour parfait. Je recommande à 1000% ce logement, nous avons adoré. Merci encore !!!

L'alloggio di Matteo è una splendida casa con una posizione strategica per visitare molti luoghi nei dintorni, perfetta per amanti del trekking e per chi ama i percorsi con una gravel. La casa è una signora casa, con tutto il necessario per stare bene sia d'inverno che d'estate. Matteo ci ha lasciato legna già pronta all'uso per il camino, la vera chicca della casa, che se vieni dalla città è una vera coccola. La cucina è attrezzatissima, c'è anche una lavastoviglie, tanti utensili e un frigo capiente, oltre all'acqua buonissima da bere. Sala molto ampia e con camino e tavolo grande anche per più persone, divano comodo e capiente. Al piano di sopra ci sono le due camere da letto e un bagno ben organizzato e molto ampio. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per Capodanno ma sicuramente d'estate si può godere del fuori, che offre zone all'ombra e verde tutto intorno. Disponibili in casa mappe della zona con i percorsi CAI, host consigliatissimo, torneremo di certo per camminare estive sui laghi.

We loved staying at Angiola's place. She was warm and welcoming, and she had stocked the kitchen with all sorts of great food. We did a day trip to Bobbio, which was beautiful. Would happily stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely and comfortable property. It's location allowed us to experience Italy's beautiful and peaceful countryside and was also close enough to comfortably drive to the larger cities and popular sightseeing locations. Lorena's home had the benefits of lots of living area, privacy, cleanliness and comfortably suited our family of six! Lorena and Mario made us feel right at home and like family. They were always available if we had any questions and really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this lovely comfortable home in the beautiful hills of Italy. Thank you Lorena and Mario! We look forward to seeing you again!

In het huis van Francesca voel je Italië, het is ook van haar grootouders geweest. Het is zeer ruim, ook buiten. Er zijn allemaal leuke plekjes om te zitten. Als je rust zoekt moet je hier zijn, je hoort alleen maar krekels. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en het mooie uitzicht met prachtige zonsondergang. Francesca reageert snel en als je wil reserveert ze een restaurant voor je. Onze kinderen vonden de katten uit de buurt erg leuk die we ook lekker gevoerd hebben. Dit is echt een plek om tot rust te komen. We hebben wel flink wat muggenbulten gehad maar dat was dan ook het enige dat iets minder was. Aanrader!

Wer eine authentische Unterkunft in einem typischen italienischen Dorf sucht, ist hier richtig. Keine Touristen, kein rummeliges Küstendorf. Dafür eine Kirche und eine handvoll Häuser, vom Haus kann man kleine Wanderungen starten oder einfach den Ausblick auf die Berge und das schöne Haus genießen. Wer möchte, kann auch nette Dörfer im näheren Umfeld besuchen, Pisa oder andere Städte erobern oder aber mit dem Auto dem Meer einen Besuch abstatten. Wer eigentlich wegen dem Meer oder der Küste in die Toskana kommt, sollte Fahrzeiten von 45 Minuten einplanen.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!
