We had a great stay, spotlessly clean, cozy and warm. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Beds and quality bed linen were very comfortable. The views were fantastic, even saw a sparrow hawk and deer. Very relaxing…we plan to stay again soon..

Emma’s beautiful lodge was clean, light & airy with a lovely view of the lake & surrounding countryside. Beautiful walk around the lake. The beds were comfortable & plenty of storage space for your clothes etc. Also all you need to launder clothes. With 2 toilets & 2 showers & the option of having a bath it would be great for families. The internet withstood my grandsons gaming 👍🏻 With a smart tv & games to play plenty of entertainment. There is also plenty to do in the surrounding area. There was all I needed to store, prepare & cook our food & eat alfresco or at the dining table. After we could relax on the comfortable outdoor sofa (beautiful at night with solar lights) or in the hot tub. Providing all you need for a hot drink & also some biscuits was so thoughtful of Emma! There were extra little touches that made it a lovely home away from home! Emma was always friendly & helpful & responded well within the time stated. We are planning to return!

Vikki-Jo was attentively welcoming with the most efficient responsiveness we've experienced on Airbnb. The cabin was roomy, rustic and perfect for us. The hot tub toasty warm and spotless. We had a little spider friend in the shower room who popped his head out to say hi occasionally, but we liked them. It was totally private away from the main property and everything was as described. The whole stay was a perfect experience from the moment we booked right up to the moment we left. This is how Airbnb should be done. A true 5 star experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I think it was competitively priced for a stay with a hot tub which we enjoyed after walking around Colchester Zoo all day. Thank you Vikki-Jo for our wonderful stay 💐

Great location for us, out of season so very quiet which was perfect for our weekend away. Short walk to get to the beach and can get up to Cudmore Grove in around 30mins. Site seems very well maintained and secure. Shower water was lovely and hot and the radiators too so we felt warm and cosy while the weather outside wasn’t amazing! We did have a slight issue with getting the hot tub to heat up so couldn’t use it on our first day and it was still a little chilly on the second day but host was very responsive to messages and did her best to help resolve. Overall, we got what was described and we had a great weekend. If I had to be really picky it would be handy if there were more mugs, glasses, plates and cutlery. This may not be an issue if you are eating out but we stayed in for all our meals so had to do a lot of washing up/dishwashing in between! We would recommend, thank you

We had a wonderful time at the Bothy! The location was beautiful with views over the vineyard and countryside. The Bothy had everything we needed, with great attention to detail. We loved the hot tub and fire pit and couldn’t recommended this stay enough! A perfect bank holiday get away from London. We enjoyed walking in the local countryside and even went on a day trip to Cambridge which was really easy- we just got the park and ride which is about 50 mins away. Thank you for having us :) we will be back!

Lovely peaceful location and ideal for a relaxing break to explore Suffolk. The accommodation and equipment provided were excellent. We’d definitely make a return visit in future.

Booked a long weekend away with my husband and two girls and had a wonderful time! I would 100% recommend Wakes Hall Lodges; the location is so peaceful (you wouldn’t even realise there are other lodges nearby!) lovely views as well. Check in was so easy and the lodge was spotless on arrival. The hot tub is a great feature and was so nice to relax in. Really spacious inside and comfy beds. I would recommend eating at the nearby Swan pub- food was great! Will definitely be looking to book again!

Great beach hut just as described, was easy to book, to find, and get inside. We had amazing fish and chips from the chip shop up the road. Really handy for a day on the beach, the weather turned during the day so if we hadn’t had it we would probably have just had to go home. Even has a little changing area if you are brave enough to swim.

Lovely little cabin in a beautiful and peaceful location! Everything was to our liking, the hosts are warm and welcoming, and the cosy cabin was exactly what we needed! Everything was clean and tidy, and the back yard is just gorgeous!

We had a lovely stay. The cargo pod was just big enough for us and the facilities were great. The patio furniture could do with an update, but overall we are really happy

We had a wonderful stay at the Mersea Retreat. Emily was a fantastic host and the retreat has everything you need. Very easy check in. Emily has thought of everything you could need and the lovely welcome gift was so thoughtful. The Retreat is in a lovely quiet part of the park and was so relaxing. Our dog loved his stay too! We will definitely be back and hopefully for longer next time! Thank you Emily, we highly recommend you and your lovely Retreat.

Lovely, clean and well stocked caravan very close to the sea and the Clubhouse! Check in and out we’re really easy and Paulina provided excellent instructions. The caravan was really spacious, even with a group of 7 plus a dog! The sofa bed isn’t really suitable for 2 adults, but is absolutely fine for 1. The food in the club house was really good. The swimming pool a tad expensive and not very big (nothing to do with Paulina’s listing tho!) A really nice spot for some walks along the beach and chilling out.

We had an amazing Christmas at the lodge this year. It was so peaceful and it was lovely to be surrounded by the beautiful scenery. Georgie was a fantastic host and very responsive and friendly to anything we needed. We’d never been away for Christmas so we’re unsure of how it would feel, but it’s safe to say we’d love to make this a yearly thing! Thank you for an amazing time 😊

The Lodge was great...very clean, well equipped, beautiful setting. We had a lovely break and the whole experience went really well from booking through to checking out. We...and our dog...would definitely recommend the Lodge.

Stephen is an excellent host who went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend staying at Oak Tree Lodge. The lodge was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space, well designed. There were welcoming biscuits, teas, coffees and milk for us when we arrived. Everything you needed is there. It is in a very peaceful and green area. The secure garden was perfect for our dogs. Everything was comfortable, easy and very relaxing. We had a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay in Tuddenham and very helpful host. Stayed with 2 little children (baby and toddler) and they loved it and I felt they were safe in the environment.

Had a lovely time , wish we could have stayed longer very responsive host , very clean , not expensive and exactly as advertised. We were also running a bit late at check out time and the host graciously extended the time at no extra cost … also a cheeky bottle of Prosecco in the fridge which was a nice touch . We will be staying again

Beautiful day in Hi-de-hut! Perfect location, there was everything we needed. Syd was a great host, enthusiastic about his hut and wanted us to make the most of our day there. Beautiful location by the sea, with the docks, marshes, pier, cafes, playing field, play area, it was perfect. The locals are so chatty, we loved hearing about the history and hidden secrets of Harwich and Dovercourt. Would highly recommend the hut to anyone, its perfect for everybody. We will definitely be returning during the summer.

The site is really nice and quiet. The caravan was spotless and the only issue - which was not anything the host was responsible for - was that we arrived after 5 when reception had closed and there was literally no 5g signal at the reception area so we couldn't download the caravan access instructions or get through the gate. Luckily two members of the maintenance team were able to let us through and were more than helpful and I was able to connect to the sites wi-fi although there were a lot of hoops to jump through just to do this.

The side balcony was a good bonus if you prefer to not watch people walking by. Woke up first morning with tv on as hadn't switched off switch at the mains, needs putting in instructions. Instructions for opening keylock, which Gemma then sent video, if never used before would be very useful. Dogs on leads at all times, quiet from 10p.m. added bonus. Sonny Cottage was clean, cozy and even had a drinks fridge.! Very shortwalk to sea wall. Thoroughly enjoyed my short stay.
