A remote cottage in the heart of a working forest. Nestled in a clearing 3.5 miles along a track, our Byre is a great place for those wishing to get away from the hustle of modern life; no wifi, mobile phone signal or TV. A great location hidden midway between the Ettrick and Borthwick valleys ideal for cycling, walking and watching the wildlife. With the Forestry Commission as our only neighbours we are creating our own 3 acre smallholding and are happy to welcome interested travellers.
Built in 1885 our double fronted Peebles Town Apartment is located on the ground floor with private access. Based in the heart of Peebles town which has a variety of independent shops, supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops all within a few minutes walk. Perfect for those participating in outdoor pursuits as near to Glentress forest, local swimming pool, the River Tweed and only a 35 minutes drive to Edinburgh. We can also now offer free WiFi.
“прекрасная маленькая квартира в потрясающем месте. Все, что вам нужно, действительно близко ко всем удобствам. Учитывая, что это был холодный уик-энд, все было внутри. Определенно рекомендую на выходные”
