Studio de 20 m2 refait à neuf avec balcon sud sur la Tour Eiffel et 2 double lits, au cœur du XVème dynamique, à 10 minutes à pied de la Tour Eiffel et à quelques mètres du métro : notre studio de famille fait partie d'un immeuble 70's, construit par notre grand-père paternel ! Possibilité de louer une place de parking pour 20€/jour-100€/semaine. Possibilité de dépôt des bagages avant le check-in (15h-20h pm) et après le check-out (8h>10h am) pour 5€/valises. Nous avons hâte de vous recevoir !

Petit studio de 25 m² au 4e étage avec ascenseur, idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes. Situé dans le 15e arrondissement à 15 min à pied du Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Le centre de Paris est rapidement accessible via les lignes 8 (station Boucicaut) et 12 (station Convention). Le studio comprend un canapé-lit, un lit 2 places, une kitchenette, un lave-linge et une télé. Nombreux commerces, parcs à proximité, stationnement payant. La Tour Eiffel est à 30 min à pied. Parfait pour un séjour parisien.

While enjoying the calm of the street, you will be close to nice places to eat, a supermarket just 3 minutes walk away, a beautiful park and many shops just close by. You will find easy ways to reach all Parisian sightseeings.
