This former photography studio, located on the ground floor, has been completely renovated into accommodation that can accommodate 2 people (possibility of 2 single beds or 1 double bed). Very well designed, its 27M2 combine both authenticity (raw materials and decoration in the photo) and functionality (equipped kitchen, refrigerator, fitted bathroom, large storage spaces). Ideal HQ in Paris.

In a neighbourhood vibrant of shops and restaurants, it is 2 minutes on foot from the Metro, from which all Paris must-sees are within a 13-30 minute range.

Lovely and spacious one bedroom apartment, for a couple and up to 4 guests. The apartment is located in a quiet street, and is very secured with a building keeper and video surveillance. While enjoying the calm of the street, you will be close to nice places to eat, a supermarket just 3 minutes walk away, a beautiful park and many shops just close by. You will find easy ways to reach all Parisian sightseeings. I shall be happy giving you all good tips to better enjoy your stay!
