We had a fantastic 8 night stay here. This was the most well appointed Airbnb I have ever stayed at. It had everything from beach towels to an ironing board and iron - there was nothing we needed that was not included. Our place was spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location with amazing views. Although we could walk to places, I would recommend renting a car and making a reservation as we went to 4 car rental places before we found one that had cars available (it was called Bullseye). Seana and Nigel are excellent hosts - from picking us up at the airport to providing a list of things to see and do - they took great care of us. Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

Thank you for hosting us! We had a great stay and enjoyed the multiple balconies, pools, and everything was as described and worked in the spacious apartment. The walk to the beach and nearest food is 5 to 10 minutes and felt safe.

Very cute and beautiful homy place. Close to beaches and function venues, restaurants and supermarket. If you have a big luggage, then be aware of the stairs. Friendly staff and was easy to communicate and check in- and out.

Our stay was fantastic. The home was very clean and the hosts responsive to any questions we had. Make sure to have a rental car for making the trip up and down the hill. The very end is a dirt road at a bit of a grade. If I visit the island again I would definitely consider staying at this same location again.

Angelo was extremely accommodating of my last minute booking. Picked me up from the ferry and made sure I knew how to find my way to the house if I was walking around town. Angelo provided coffee, tea and water upon my arrival that lasted through my stay. While there is no hit water tank the water from the tap gets hot enough on its on and you don't notice. I would absolutely stay with Angelo again.

As has been stated, Garett is an incredible host. This is probably the most thoughtful, proactive, kind and engaged Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. From arranging my transfers, to having the lovely Eliud prepare lunch for me when I arrived; Garett made my time in Eden Villa so easy and restful. I cannot emphasis how helpful the complementary Jeep is and this is such a thoughtful value add. I would definitely recommend staying here and would like to sincerely thanks Garett and team for their hospitality and kindness. Nevis is a special place and your local recommendations and guidance elevated my experience. I hope to back again soon!

I was really pleased to find 'Villa Iris Lower' was available for my dates. It had everything I needed to self cater and not far to walk to the beach. Maria quickly answered all my questions, prior to booking and once booked, her and Gary offered much advice on how to get there from St Kitts airport, including contacts for Taxi, Water Taxi and Property managed by Urban, who was very kind and helpful to all the guests staying on the complex (Villas; Calypso and Iris). I was also made welcome by the resident in Calypso, who showed me the best view of the bay from the Calypso balcony and where the locals hang out on Tuesday nights, in the bar on Oualie Beach, where it was a really friendly atmosphere and nice vibe on music night. Regarding entertainment that's about it, peace and relaxation, nice beach and 9km form Charlestown where I bought the groceries and explored a bit more. There are some mini busses. Ideally you need to be fit to walk up a hill or rent a car to explore further.

Such a nice condo with an awesome view! It was quiet and peaceful. Everything we could’ve asked for. The pictures don’t accurately represent what a great place this is! Rigel was very helpful and available to answer questions.

Our stay at this listing was amazing. The house was so well kept and beautifully furnished. Each of the rooms were spacious and had adjoining bathrooms. There was also a half bath, which is conveniently located in the living room. Barbara has everything you could possibly need. From beach chairs to towels to detergent. You name it everything was there. The thing that topped it all was the view from the pool. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you for making our stay in Nevis amazing. A plus was Derek,the building manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Derek was also very welcoming,

The space was excellent. LOVED the ambiance and felt very safe at the location. It was close to needed amenities and all our needs were met. There were VERY clear instructions where needed and that helped alot. Thank you.

We couldn’t say enough great things about the team that runs this property. The neighborhood is quiet and cool, minutes away from Reggae Beach. The pool is secluded in the backyard, clean, and refreshing. The house was kept spotless, had everything we needed, and the pictures do not do this property justice. It was better than what we expected from the photos. Every room seemed like the main suite, so it was easy to split rooms up with our guests. There’s cute monkeys that run around the neighborhood, so our kids would do monkey walks in the morning and near sunset. It’s safe, and beautiful. When we had any questions, the host responded with answers and offered to send our technicians to walk us through the trouble shooting, so that was huge to us. We just got home today, but will miss St Kitts and this property. Thank you.

Oh, my, I can’t say enough. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach, just a little walk away. The facilities at the house were wonderful. We all enjoyed the lovely balconies and the beautiful ocean view. Great kitchen, fully equipped, so we were able to cook. We couldn’t have had a better location on the island on which to spend Christmas. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Nevis! The host’s hospitality was truly exceptional, making our group of six feel so welcome and cared for throughout our trip. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and it made all the difference. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and perfectly suited to accommodate our group comfortably. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nevis!

Great place! I appreciate that they gave us the local maintainence man's number to talk to in case we had an immediate issue. We also had an oppurtunity to meet to Marilyn during our stay, she was very receptive and flexible.

What an amazing stay at Vicki's place! The place looks exactly like the pictures and then some. There are beautiful high ceilings with a ceiling fan and AC that keeps the place cool and the front door has an extra security gate to feel safe. It is huge and clean and it has a washer and dryer inside of the unit which is always a plus for me. The location is so convenient and is about a 12 minute drive from anywhere you need to be. It has a great variety of restaurants (including a mini market to pick up groceries) within walking distance - doesn't take even 5 minutes to get there! Vicki was an incredible host that was always VERY PROMPT with her responses whenever a question arose. She also provided incredible recommendations as well. Roy, the property manager, was just as helpful and friendly. Upon my very late arrival, they provided fruits and water which was helpful as I was starving and all the local businesses were closed. I will be back for sure!

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this condo for a peaceful stay. Restaurants and bars in walking distance. The pool was clean and had very pretty floral surroundings . There were two outdoor balconies with views as well . Cute kitchen and comfortable beds ..met all expectations:)

The Suite is very well situated in downtown Basseterre. There was the nearby grocery store, various restaurants, shops, bakeries. Everything we needed was nearby. We could easily meet with tour groups at Port Zante or wander around town on our own. The Suite was also very well stocked. We had been traveling for 16 hours and it was such a relief to check in and find cold water and local drinks in the fridge. There's a washer and dryer in the unit in case you get dirty roaming around on ATVs or hiking but also a kitchen stocked with all the plates, pots and cutlery to make yourself at home. There are about 34 steps to enter the unit, so those with bad knees should make note of that. We appreciated Patricia checking in on us and offering tips to find local treats. Between her helpfulness and the great unit we couldn't ask for more.

Our 3rd Airbnb stay in St. Kitts, and this was the best one we’ve experienced. We had an amazing 8 days at this condo. While the property is older, you cannot beat the location, the pool, walk-ability, ocean beach, etc. we had a slight issue in the beginning with one of the AC units not working well, and they had AC vendor out there installing a new unit on a Sunday; amazing customer service!!! The place ia very large, and could have easily slept more people. Beds are very comfortable, and had all the items we needed for the week. Would definitely consider this place on our next trip to St. Kitts.
