Looking for accommodations close to the university or hunting ? Well, Look no further!This 2 BR/1Bath home is located <1 mile from Alcorn State University. Whether visiting for fun or business, we are here to host you! Nestled off of Hwy 552, it’s very private but still close to all activities. Large front and back yards , a BBQ grill and fire pit makes this a perfect location for after game chill outs. The double rockers out front makes sure you don’t miss the action! Constructed in the early 1900s, Jacqueline's Cottage is located behind Myrtle Bank, a larger home built in 1835, which is also available for nightly and weekly rental. The cottage is tucked away in the back of the property, giving it plenty of privacy and relaxation. Together with Myrtle Bank, it makes a perfect compound for wedding parties and large family gatherings. Alone, it is a perfect retreat for long Natchez weekends, offering close proximity to downtown and the mighty Mississippi.

Ava’s Place on the Lake

Relax and enjoy this unique, peaceful , family friendly, vintage lakehouse on the beautiful Lake Bruin. Swim, fish, hang out, or take a quiet paddle to the cypress grove. Launch your boat at the Lake Bruin State Park, enjoy tubing/skiing. Mooring whips attached to the pier keep your boat safe while you’re here. Have coffee on the pier, watch a spectacular sunrise, lay in the hammock, and enjoy an evening under the stars. (No Pets and No parties allowed. Penalty’s applied for violations.)

The Garden House

Enjoy the quiet and cozy comforts of home at The Garden House. A perfect place for visits to historic Natchez whether you are here for a special event, family reunion, fishing and hunting, antiquing, or simply enjoying the beauty of Natchez and the mighty Mississippi River. The Garden House features 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, a large backyard with outdoor seating, and swings. During the fall, you will see many deer and wildlife around the property. This is a truly unique place.

Sunshine 61 Hideaway

Have fun with family and friends at this stylish and unique property. This family property is located in Fayette, MS off of Highway 61. Minutes from Alcorn State University, The Natchez Trace and Port Gibson, MS; twenty-eight minutes from Natchez, MS and forty-five minutes from Vicksburg, MS. The home has three queen beds, one full bathroom and a half bath in the master bedroom. A full kitchen with refrigerator and stove. A laundry room with a washer and dryer and a two car garage.

Cozy, charming, and full of character—this 3BR, 2BA lakehouse was built in the ’70s with locally milled wood and is perfect for family fun. Sleeps 10 with a king, queen, two twin-over-full bunks, and a pull-out couch. Enjoy WiFi, washer/dryer, tankless water heater, and a screened back porch for relaxing. Fish or swim off the private pier, complete with outlets and a sink. Simple, peaceful, and made for making memories—your lakeside retreat awaits!

Southern-style home, just a short walk to downtown

This Southern-style home is a short walk to downtown on the trail along the Bluff. Sitting on the covered front porch, you can enjoy the park-like setting. Inside, are high ceilings and spacious, open living areas. There is Tupelo Cottage behind the home, connected by a breezeway which is available also. Each place has separate entrances, porches and driveways. My place is good for couples, families and business travelers.

Lake Bruin Getaway

Our camp is on beautiful Lake Bruin. Best known for skiing & fishing! When you arrive you'll realize it's also a great getaway!! We have a cozy rustic camp and outdoor area. Most of you're time will be spent outdoors enjoying & relaxing! We have a pier with a covered boat slip. There's no roughing it here. You will enjoy inside and out on your next vacation!
