Miles and Karen looked after us well. There were small issues (there always are) and they dealt with them promptly and with understanding. The area and the unit are charming. Private access to the beach below is a great benefit. It is just off a road that is busy during the day. Whilst there is traffic noise we did not find that disturbing and did not interfere with our sleep. We appreciated the sizeable fridge freezer, the cooker that worked and plentiful kitchen equipment. The nearest supermarket is Jordan’s within 100 meters, mostly for basics. Holetown has a Massy’s store which is much better. Bus ride 15 minutes. Also more restaurants there to choose from. There is the Carlton store in the other direction. More choice than at Jordan’s. Again, 15 mins by bus. Off the sandy beach in the water there are rocks you find underfoot. Miles has provided rubber socks to protect your feet just in case. Within minutes is the Bikini Beach Club and that is a great asset.

I have just returned from a stay at Coralita 3 with my wife and children (13 and 11 years). The apartment is simply wonderful. It is a suitable size for a family of 4 or 5 people. The beds are comfortable and the A/C works well when occasionally required. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and all the things one needs. There is a little noise from the road at busy traffic times, but this is surprisingly quiet in the bedrooms and didn’t detract from our peaceful experience at the property. There is a bus stop right outside which is really useful. We had a car for a couple of days and in hindsight, it might have been useful to have one for our entire stay. Michele was a superb host - helpful, friendly and responsive. On our next trip to Barbados we will happily stay here again…if available!

Stephanie’s place is wonderful! It’s in a great location (car is highly recommended) for beach and relaxing. Stores and restaurants are just a short drive away. The photos match the description and it is very clean. I’d highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a laid back beach vibe.

This is an excellent place to stay on the west coast of the island, exactly as described. The view is outstanding with the beach at your doorstep. The apartment is very nice, comfortable beds, nice living room, fully equipped kitchen. Lots of recent upgrades! Easy access to the bus to get to places along the coast. Lots of nice outdoor spaces, with sofas and a table, all under a shelter. The barbecue is great to have as well and a grocery store just across the street. The beach out front is rocky so would recommend some water shoes. The hosts answered all our questions and helped us get a taxi back to the airport. You should have no hesitation to stay here!

Beautiful views right from patio, flowered bushes in courtyard pool area, the ocean, and sun sets right there! Green monkeys came through one morning across the patio and onto the fence outside kitchen window great photos. Snorkeling from private beach gave a variety of fish, be sure to bring shoes as rocky. At least 4 walkable places to eat-Bikini Beach, italian next door, Wendy's, and Lemonrock, oh and church ladies selling fishcakes+ on Saturdays right outside the handy grocery across the street. Bus access so easy! Stephen and/or wife came by main area to make sure all good and are delightful to talk to. Even clarified singer pic in our Sunset unit as Frank Sinatra. We love to meet people& luckily our Neighbors were a repeat couple from Britain who showed us all around and are BFF's now. Vacay enhanced 200% by their charm and personality. Encourage first timers to engage with the many repeater Mooring guests. Spacious 1 BR, good linens, towels & beach towels, hair dryer. Do it!

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone considering a visit to Barbados to book here. Gregory gave us clear instructions was a great communicator. A very short walk through the gate in the backyard and you are on pristine Carlisle Bay. There were beach chairs & an umbrella reserved each day for our use. We are confident swimmers and each day we snorkeled out to the 2 closest shipwrecks and swam with fish, turtles & stingrays. No need to pay the $$ local tours we’re charging. Nolan is the “beach guy” and he has masks, snorkels, fins, vests, flotation devices etc if needed. Gregory has lived in Barbados for many years and sent us useful links to many restaurants as well as trusted taxi drivers. At sunset we could have a chat & drink with Gregory in the gazebo which is perfectly positioned. The property also had a fire stick with channels from all over the world easily accessible.

We loved this tastefully decorated and restful Villa and have already booked it for next year. Chanel and her team were so helpful, proactive and caring. She even came to our rescue when our flight was cancelled and we needed to extend the stay. Pool was lovely and quiet and the people we met around Schooner Bay were very friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

High standard accommodation well maintained. Direct access from garden onto beach which is wide and perfect for swimming. Property situated at end of minor road past a rum distillery in an industrial complex and next to a vacant building plot. This meant we usually had this beautiful beach to ourselves or we were sharing with the friendly locals. We felt comfortable and safe. Apartment had large furnished covered balcony for relaxing and looking out west at the 180 degree sea view with its incredible sunsets. Short walk to main road with good bus service and 20 minutes walk from 2 supermarkets. It’s possible to walk south along the beach to outskirts of Bridgetown. Judy the co-host lives on site and is very friendly, kind and helpful. She gave good recommendations for local places to eat and for tours. The perfect place for my husband and I to spend a 10 day holiday and celebrate my special birthday. Hope we are fortunate enough to be able to return to this lovely accommodation.

Great property in a village, well equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom and bathroom, bed was very soft but comfortable, perfect little sandy beach which was easy to get in for a cool down or a snorkel. The view is amazing, I could sit there all day looking out. Speightstown is a 5 min drive for bars/restaurants/groceries, there is a small quirky shop and small fish market 50 metres from property. Chloe was great with any questions I had on the property and area. Some information, not really negatives but good to know, upstairs in the property can get hot in the afternoon, we opened the windows and got a breeze blowing through which kept the temperature down, the bedroom downstairs has aircon so no issues with temperature downstairs. This property is in a village, so people are working in the fish market all day, fishing boats come in on the beach occasionally during the day, some buses on the road blow horns, but all part of everyday life so needs to be embraced! I would stay again

Lex’s place had it all. There is a beautiful beach right outside the back door, it’s walkable to a grocery store, several cafes and bars and the Friday fish fry. We also could grab busses right outside the house to get to Bridgetown for more beaches and restaurants. Walking around felt safe (well lit) but of course be aware of your surroundings and the cars wiz by so be aware of where the sidewalks are. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved how there were lots of towels and pillows! The only thing to prepare for is that the second bedroom gets traffic noise so maybe bring earplugs if you’re sleeping in that room.

Turtle Reef has been my lengthy stay in Barbados for many years. We refer to it as our home from home. The decor is totally my taste and is totally conducive to why it suits myself and my special needs daughter. John and Shirley are the perfect hosts.

Fab place in a great location! Off the main road so away from the traffic and a beautiful sea view. The place was big with a huge lounge area and lovely sundeck which we loved. Unfortunately we didn’t get to go down the steps and use the little beach/ swim due to sargassum that arrived a few days before - it was a shame but that’s nature and can’t be avoided of course. Instead we could easily walk or jump on a ZR to another beach. One thing to bear in mind is that it can be a bit noisy from the nearby bars late at night but with ear plugs it was ok. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back! The owners were also accommodating with a late check out which really helped us.

Fantastic house, beautiful west facing views for sunset over the sea, really close to Fish Pot restaurant with beach and pier to swim off. The house itself is even better than the photos, and the rooms are all to a high spec with aircon and lots of space. We liked being at the quieter end of the island, it's very private and quiet. David and Chris were excellent hosts, Chris was very helpful and gave us suggestions for lunch restaurants on the beaches. Would highly recommend and stay again, thank you.

I just love everything about this house . You feel like you are living in the heart of Barbados . Milena and Mark are the best hosts. So attentive and friendly ❤️

Pure paradise! I would book this Airbnb again and again. The house had everything you would want. Waking up everyday to the view felt like I was in a movie. We were able to walk to restaurants, and an IMart for food. Taxis and buses were right outside the front door to go an explore the island. We went with 8 people and rented the whole house. The owners were so nice, they met us when we got there gave us a tour and were very responsive if we had questions. Do not hesitate to book this house. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We spent 11 great vacation days at the blue waters condo. We felt at home from the very first moment! It has enough space, is clean, well equipped, cozy garden, quietly located.... The location is also excellent, a short walk to our favorite beach, Oistins is also within walking distance. And the communication with Alicia worked great! 101 Palm Beach was a nice surprise. The condo matched the description on Airbnb and we couldn't have been any more pleased with our decision to book it. Realtors Limited was very responsive and contacted us shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was OK. They also provided a nice concierge service and connected us to a reliable and polite taxi driver. He was able to take us everywhere we wanted to go. I am very familiar with this area in the Barbados we were glad to call it home for 2 weeks. We will definitely try to book through Realtors Limited for next year.

Lovely accommodation in a great location for St Lawrence Gap. Becky was brilliant with information and communication. Would definitely recommend and look to book again in the future!

We can’t recommend Rosanne and Doug’s place enough! We traveled with our two kids and we already want to come back. The condo was absolutely beautiful and more than we could have asked for. The location was wonderful, and was easily walkable or a short drive to many local restaurants and beaches. The condo itself was very clean and had everything (and more) that you’d need for your stay. Rosanne went above and beyond prior to our arrival by providing helpful suggestions, answering questions, providing baby gear, and even looking at the grocery store ahead of time to help us get a better understanding of the ingredients in certain items to help accommodate my son’s dietary restrictions. She even provided us with local fresh juice and some snacks which we all loved. We had the chance to meet Rosanne and Doug, and can’t say enough about their kindness. If you’re considering booking their space, do it! You will love it!

This condo is amazing, with a 5 star responsive and helpful host, in a safe area with many restaurants in walking distance. Also, gym was small, but had new equipment. Thank you Peter!

We loved our stay. Janet is a super host and always responds to messages. The apartment is much nicer and bigger than the photos show. Although the pool area isn’t that big, the beach and view and stunning. We would highly recommend the apartment and it’s nice and secure.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Maxwell Beach Villas! Yonette was an excellent host- always prompt in answering our questions. We were welcomed with rum punch and fresh rum cake! The pictures accurately describe the layout of condo and it was extremely clean and neat upon arrival . The view of the ocean and pool really blew us away, we never got tired of sitting on the terrace and enjoying the ocean view. It is important, though, to mention that the beach directly in front of the property is much smaller than shown in the pictures. I do wish the photos were more accurate to the current state of the beach. There is a large amount of seaweed there as well. For this reason we didn’t use the beach directly on the property but luckily it’s a short drive to many gorgeous beaches which we enjoyed throughout the week. The condo is also situated near many restaurants and stores. Our children loved the pool on the property and swam every day. Overall this was a very relaxing vacation!

We had a perfect stay at Robert’s place, we absolutely loved it. I stayed with a friend, and we each brought one of our children. We were really grateful for the early check-in and late check-out, especially with young children. The location is the best, we come to Barbados every year, and this is by far one of our favourite spots. The swimming pool was lovely and clean, and a great bonus during our stay. Robert was a great host, very responsive, and June, who checked us in, was such a lovely lady. We really hope Robert’s place is available next time we visit!
