Beautiful canal home that fit our needs perfectly! The neighborhood was very close to the beach with an easy walk to beach access. The pool was an excellent option for the toddlers in our group. The house has everything you could need for a wonderful Ocean Isle vacation! Highly recommend!

The hosts provided great, easy to follow instructions for check-in/out and proactively sent messages to ensure everything was okay once we had arrived. We didn't need assistance with anything during our stay. House was clean, well stocked (every kitchen item you could possibly need) and a great layout. LOVED the covered deck off the kitchen. We would absolutely rent from Kim and hear team again, both at this location and are looking to their other properties as well for future visits!

The house was clean and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and a short drive away from restaurants, shops and the beach. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family and dog. The only problem (and it was very minor) was two of the bedroom tvs didn’t work right- Fire TV program had glitches. But the living room TV worked great. But be SURE to log out because the guests who stayed before us didn’t and we had to log out for them. A dishonest person couldn’t cost them money on movie rentals. We would definitely stay again.

The beach house was very clean, well organized and safe. We felt right at home and our host, Steven, was awesome! Would not hesitate to recommend.

This was the perfect house for our family reunion! Everything was perfect, and the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions or issues. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. We went to the board walk and the beach. Our children really enjoyed the pool. We all just had a good time just staying at the house too. We will definitely be staying here again.

2nd summer vacation at Caroline’s home and I cannot recommend it enough. The house is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels, spotless bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living area that’s great to hang out, cook and relax in. And that’s just the inside of the house. The pool and back porch are amazing. As a family traveling with young kids, I just can’t emphasize how much time we spend hanging out in the pool and on the porch. It really makes our vacation to have this awesome feature to enjoy while we are visiting beautiful Wilmington. Caroline is an excellent and responsive host. Communication is seamless and when the only issue during our stay arose (broken dryer), she responded immediately, had a repairman at the house the same day and even took our wet clothes to her home to dry them. She goes above and beyond. I wish I could stay at this house every time I travel! 10 out of 10.

We really enjoyed our stay hosted by Michelle at Carolina Beach. Everything was so nice and clean at the house and the location wonderful. Michelle checked with me frequently to ensure all was well and that we had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. We hope to return in the future. Thanks again to our wonderful host!

For a last minute find for myself everything went so smooth. Would love to rent again when in area.

We spent 3 nights here for my lab’s birthday and it was the perfect spot for taking a dog to the beach. Freeman Park couldn’t be more conveniently located and was so nice to enjoy. I have absolutely no complaints about our stay!

The night was reasonably priced but Airbnb added a lot to it. Each night was $475, wanted to stay another but it was going to be $611.

Sunni's place was convenient, pretty clean, and had stunning views. There were towels and linens for four people, and Sunni was very responsive. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again for the convenience, views, and beach access alone. Sunni was also very kind.

Erica was a wonderful host. This was my first time acquiring an AirBnB and it was a great experience! The condo was immaculate. The building was quiet, and the access to the beach was a a block away. Erica communicated with me from the initial inquiry to check-out. She was very accommodating and helpful, which made for a great last minute trip to the beach. I definitely look forward to returning in the near future.

We loved our stay and being able to walk to the beach. Our favorite was watching sunset from the balcony.

The condo has easy access to the beach. It’s also nice to have a pool and parking spots also for our bikes. Very satisfied. Suzanne was a great host, very kind and helpful. Easy communication. We had a great family time.
