Great place for our group to stay during a local golf tournament. Bedroom layout was great for several couples and had a nice central living area. House has everything we needed for the weekend and more. Would stay here again.

Fantastic clean as a whistle very, very well appointed. Lots of plates, glassware, etc.. would definitely stay there again. The hosts were responsive and friendly. Great experience.

Wonderful stay! Excellent hosts. Appreciated the thorough instructions and reference materials for the house. Everything was exactly as advertised on the listing. Well decorated and comfortable with ample space. The house was in a good location within Palmetto Dunes - very easy walk to the beach and great bike trails throughout the community. My husband and I traveled with teenage daughters and we would highly recommend this AirBNB to families. This is a fantastic spot for a vacation in Hilton Head!

The house was perfect! It was very open with plenty of room! We loved the openness of the kitchen into the dining room and into the living room! That’s where we stayed the most! All the beds were so comfortable! It was wonderful experience!

Our family of 5 stayed at Rick’s place for a week for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy walking to the beach, very fun to play in the heated pool, biking to Coligny for food, playground. We did a cookout one night in the cabana by the pool. The kids loved the bunk bed. The easy indoor/outdoor living was a delight. The TVs and remotes worked great. I enjoyed going on runs in the morning on the beach or on the biking/walking trail across the street from the house. The house had everything we could want like a stool for our 3 year old to use the bathroom sink to plenty of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, etc. The house also came with a pass to Sea Pines which was an unexpected treat!

We enjoyed our family vacation at Danny’s home in Hilton Head We loved the easy walk to the beach. The pool area is lovely. Danny was always quick to respond to our various questions during our stay.

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

Great house for a large group, we enjoyed ourselves. We were 16 adults and the house felt at capacity, stretching for more people wouldn’t be best. Host was great, communicative, house was clean. Would definitely stay again.

Our family came down to Edisto for a Wedding on the island. The home met all our needs comfortably. It was very clean and not far from the Wedding venue. Kimber was very timely with any questions we had. We all were very happy with our stay.

We have been coming to HH for years and this is our new favorite place. Marina has thought of literally everything for her house. She has more towels, pillows, linens, and kitchen supplies than any other place we've stayed. And don't worry about packing up anything for the beach, she has all the beach gear and awesome wagon for easy transport as well. The house was spotless and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard area. I appreciated that the coffee maker was both a dual carafe and single K-cup style machine. It's an easy walk to the beach and there is plenty of entertainment to be had in the house as well. Again, I cannot stress enough how well stocked the place is. We are used to always having to bring extra towels and cooking supplies with us, but it's not the case for this lovely home. We plan on returning here for many years to come, thank you Marina again for sharing your perfect home with us!!

For starters Alexandra’s place was absolutely beautiful, she was great with communication the bikes had a flat tire and she made sure to handle it right away, she was very sweet and over all for my first ever airbnb this was the perfect place ! And perfect host

Greg’s house was as advertised. Plenty of space, great outdoor hangout area, and he certainly doesn’t skimp on the amenities. For the pet owners, we can confirm that it is a very pet friendly residence. All of this in addition to being a 3 minute walk to/from the beach, in a very upscale neighborhood (with friendly neighbors/guests) and within 10-15 minutes of all of the great HHI bars/restaurants/shops/golf courses/etc. Greg was very communicative in the days/weeks leading up to and during our vacation, and provided very detailed instructions (including video) for all things in and around the house. Would definitely return, thanks again to Greg for being a terrific host.

The home was beautiful and in a beautiful location. The kids loved the pool. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The kids loved the bunk beds. The wagon was very convenient for the easy walk to the beach. We were not able to use the grill but there were plenty of pots and pans to cook in the kitchen.

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.

I loved the house. Everything was very clean. The place was very quiet. A true encounter with nature. Mr. Corniel is very kind and a perfect host. I would definitely come back.

This Villa in Palmetto dunes is spectacular! We are a family of four and felt right at home! The kids loved having their bedrooms upstairs and we all slept great in the comfortable beds! I appreciated the living room with the large couch where we could gather together as a family to watch movies/shows in the evening. The beach is about a 15 minute walk, but you can drive or take the dunes buggy. We enjoyed the walk for exercise. The dunes house on the beach is great for cocktails, smoothies or lunch on the beach. The general store is so fun to visit for souvenirs, candy, or a grocery item you may have forgotten. Veronica was a great host and quickly responded if I had any questions! This villa is perfect for your vacation!

We absolutely loved the house , it was beautiful,inviting , felt like I was home . We will definitely book again next time we plan a trip. It was a wonderful trip and everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything the house , shopping , restaurants, the beach . I would highly recommend staying in Bluffton . Until next time 😉😉😉

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

I felt like we were in the middle of Animal Kingdom. We loved watching all of the wildlife right from the porch. Great recreation space under the house with an additional shower. Main living area and kitchen are very open.

We had a great stay! From the beginning, Nick was very responsive. Gave us great recommendations and restaurant options. We loved that this home was in the sea Pines community. It was very private and there’s so much to do. Definitely worth getting the pool and the hot tub heated. The first couple of days we had a couple of issues with the hot tub and the pool being heated, but Nick and Judy were so responsive and did everything to accommodate us and fix the problem. The house is very clean. And we even had cleaning service in the middle of our stay, which was nice. Would def come back!

Our check in was easy and the house was comfortable. Not too many little decorations to keep the kids away from. The house was fully furnished and there were even extras that make this an easy stay and to not worry about bringing extras! It was conveniently located in an area near our family making it a great stay for what we needed!

The stay was perfect - amazing view across the lagoon and golf course! The house is well stocked and offers a variety of sitting areas. I would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Stephen’s place! We loved the peaceful walk to Coligny shopping and the short walk to the very calm beach. The outdoor living areas were wonderful and the natural lighting of the home gave us the true vacation home feel we were looking for. Thank you!!
