If you come by car you will have a garage available. Restaurants, a children playground are located at the foot of the building, Bakery and supermarket on the other side of the avenue, A farmers / Fruit & vegetable market on Thursday evening.

Though located in the city, the studio is still quiet at night as it is situated at the rear of the appartement block. If you are coming by car, be aware that you have to pay for parking in the area.
