It also boasts a 7 stall barn for your horses so no one is left home alone. With just a short drive you can be at endless trails, historic towns, vineyards and family farms.

A quick 15 minute drive gets you right into SV. We are a 5 minute walk to Riparian Area Trailheads and a short drive from the Huachuca Mountains. It is furnished with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and includes a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room. There are an abundance of tourist attractions all within an hour. Built on 2 acres with gorgeous pecan trees and amazing sunset views, this newly renovated home will feel like a tucked away paradise.

Studio Cabin: Glamping with Mountain Views

3:10 to Dragoon studio cabin is only 1 hr east of Tucson and 3 miles off the I-10 in the tiny town of Dragoon. Our property borders trust land w/unobstructed mountain views. We are near the Willcox Wine Trail, Cochise Stronghold, and Chiricahua Nat'l Monument. The cozy cabin is equipped with an outdoor hot shower, cassette toilet, heat/ac, kitchenette and double bed. This is glamping at its finest in Cochise country! (At 4600' elevation, we are 10-15 degrees cooler than Tucson or Phoenix!)

We are only 4 miles (2 miles as the crow fly's) from the Historic town of Tombstone. There is a BBQ. Directv is on your 55" Smart TV. Pet friendly!

Located in a quiet neighborhood in central Sierra Vista, a short distance from various trails, hikes, bird watching, and Ft. Huachuca.
