I recently stayed at this rental home and had a great experience. The house was nicely stocked, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was clear that the hosts take pride in keeping the place tidy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean and pleasant place to stay!

Great location and close to everything: beaches downtown, amphitheater, outlets, etc. Very private lot at the end of a dead end street. We felt very safe and secure with the privacy fence and the security cameras located around the outside of the property. The house was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Spacious deck and fire pit (wood included!) were a great spots to hang out. There was something for everyone! Plenty of games for inside and outside use and the fenced in front yard was great for our furry four-legged family members to run around and play ball. James was an amazing host. Communications were great and he Very responsive in answering questions This place was perfect for our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again!

My family of four (to include 2 children) absolutely loved our stay! We had everything we needed, it was a beautiful home and lovely yard and back deck for us to enjoy. We walked everywhere, had several great breakfasts at Ragga Bean and food and drinks at Dog rose brewery- both only 2-3 blocks away. I would stay here again for sure!

The 3bdr house was perfect for our needs. Very clean, kitchen was well appointed, and plenty of seating for dining. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean! We had an issue logging into the TV system despite repeated attempts, so that didn’t work for us. Owner didn’t seem to know how it worked either. Explicit instructions would be helpful for the unique TV access/account situation, but other than that everything was really great. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Not only was this weekend a special celebratory weekend but you were a major pillar in making this weekend memorable for a lifetime!! Really had a nice stay in Jacksonville. The property was ad advertised. Would definitely return.

This was our 2nd stay and it was, again, clean and spacious and perfectly located for our time with family. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and our kids loved the pool. We enjoyed sunrises over the lake from the swings by the camp store and also played horse shoes one afternoon. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen is serviceable. We also used the gas grill and Florida room.

We loved the house and the back yard. We felt comfortable and had everything we need to enjoy our stay. Alejandro was very responsive and helpful!

Ryan’s place on the river was absolutely beautiful! The views were peaceful and relaxing, and the space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect getaway spot. We’d definitely love to come back!

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

This cute little hidden gem is exactly what we needed! It was just a short drive to the local attractions, yet just far enough away that you didn't feel like you were in the middle of the "hustle and bustle" of crowds. The space itself was great; house was very spacious and roomy, yet had a comfortable, home-like cozy feel. The entire place was spotless, with more than we expected as far as amenities. I'd highly recommend this house! My only negative comment is that I didn't stay longer....... ;)

This was our first time using Airbnb and these hosts made it a wonderful first time. Very friendly, loved the dog and cat that visited us, and house was very comfortable. We would definitely book with them again!

The rental was perfect for my family of 5. It was pet friendly which was why we looked at it originally but decided to leave the pup home. Room enough to sleep 2 adults and 1 child, 1 tween and 1 teenager. Internet worked well. Loved having a washer and dryer! We were able to check in a couple hours earlier which was awesome! Carley was very responsive and a great host!

Wonderful place to stay! The unit is comfortable, bright and clean. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen/bathroom are updated. Probably our favorite place to stay in St. Augustine, and we’ve stayed in several! One of the key pad locks had to be reprogrammed to let us in but that was done very quickly! Will probably book again!

John and Kelley’s place was easy to find and in a great location with plenty of walkable restaurants. We were in town for the MS walk which was at the Lighthouse down the street. It is also a nice walk to Historic downtown St Augustine and it was nice not have to search for parking. They were very flexible and were able to accommodate an early check in. Their place is very quiet, quaint, and a very comfortable bed. We won’t hesitate to book another stay! Hopefully to catch a concert at the Amphitheater which is also a short distance. Through the honeysuckle, heart shaped gate was a magical world! Peaceful yet so close to everything the old city had to offer. Very safe. Host was just attentive enough. It made for a most pleasant stay in St. Augustine. We hope to visit again. Beautiful spot!

Very quiet, quaint, and nice place to stay. 2 friends and I stayed here for a night after a wedding. Catherine was responsive and helpful. The cabin was spacious and homey. Definitely would stay here again! Our only issue was the water smelled like sewage, but I informed Catherine of the issue and she sent maintenance to investigate right away. Plenty of space and beds for many people. Great place to get away for a bit!

This is the perfect little cabin for you and your spouse to have the a fun and romantic get away! Extra plus if you have a boat there is very easy water access

The onsite manager, Catherine, was awesome! Cabin was super cute and very, very clean and cosy. Highly recommend!

We participated in an event at Dunns Creek State Park, which was under 1.5 miles from the cabin. Our stay at the cabin was perfect for our large group. The cabin had everything we needed from kitchen essentials, to games for the down time to the fire pit outside.

Perfect for a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life! Very tranquil location surrounded by nature. Highly attentive and detail oriented hosts. Looking forward to many returns Mark & Alice :-)

Rare Florida cabin on a lake. Enjoyed jet skiing and watching the seaplanes take off. Had a nice family Thanksgiving week at the cabin. St Augustine and Ocala are about an hour away.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend in this cabin. The game room was a hit! We would love to come back when weather is cooler. If you come during summer make sure to make reservations ahead at the springs. You will enjoy a peaceful place with nature around… kids were able to see deers and heron birds… simply lovely.
