We had a lovely stay. House was as described, clean and had all the things we needed. Would recommend to friends and family.

Sally’s place felt like going through a portal into a magical garden. The house was so cozy with beautiful vintage decor and an amazing fireplace. The highlight of the trip was eating breakfast outside by the river and watch the ducks. And can’t forget about the lovely host Sally is! Always responsive and helpful with lots of good food and nature walks recommendations.

We only had a one night stay but the property was so clean and beautifully presented. Our children loved the games! The hot tub was lovely and Hollie was hugely helpful and very responsive when there was an initial issue with it working. Thank you!

A beautiful cottage set in beautiful grounds. Perfect for our teenage girls who loved the hot tub and fire pit. Amanda our host was great and very helpful. Would definitely would love to stay again.

We were looking for a last minute one night stay and found this little wonder…fantastic barn with everything you need even had some bread and milk and butter left for us. Our little dog loved running around in the spacious outdoor area and later in the sunshine whilst we relaxed in the hot tub. Comfy bed and great space in the bathroom with a shower. We would definitely stay here again. Lovely pub on site very friendly people. The food van was a welcome too as it was bank holiday Monday and we got some good food from him. A massive thumbs up from us 👍

We booked this property to celebrate my mums 60th birthday and to say it was perfect is an understatement. We had a lovely long weekend in the hot tub with lots of BBQ’s. We also had 2 dogs and we felt so at ease that they were running around in the secure field. Will definitely be rebooking! Thanks Lucy & Co

Outstanding hosts. We were super happy to stay with them for a second time! The welcome basket was a really thoughtful gesture and the extra touches like robes and slippers were very helpful.

Our stay at Rise Cottage was perfect. The cottage itself is charming and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Mark was the perfect host. He showed us round the grounds and the cottage and gave us some helpful tips as to local places to visit. We would definitely visit again!

Once again we had the most amazing stay, just how we remembered from the last time, felt right at home, will always book and stay when visiting family. The comparison of our son sitting in the arm chair at 11 months and now almost 19 months blew us away. We can’t wait to make more memories here with our family.

We had a lovely time at Sara’s place. It was very clean and in a convenient location with nice field walks right from your front door. The cottage was located next to the driveway and opposite another airbnb so it wasn’t as secluded as we thought, nonetheless we had space and peace we wanted and enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved our stay at Andy’s place with our parents and our 2 young children. It is in a beautiful and peaceful village. The cottage is really quirky, clean and cosy - had everything we needed for our stay, Andy has thought of lots of extra details which make it a really enjoyable stay. Everything is easy to find and use with Andy’s helpful notes and labels. We really loved the toys and games for the kids so this kept them entertained! we were lucky with the weather our stay we used the lovely little garden a lot which is private and a nice wee suntrap, also has the added bonus of the sauna which was brilliant. Andy was really friendly and helpful upon check in and out and quick communication if we needed anything. Would really recommend a stay here and we will definitely return if back in the area. Watt cottage is a beautiful little cottage which makes you feel at home. The cottage was well equipped with all the essentials needed. Samantha communicated with me when needed and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying at Watt cottage. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My wife and 1yo daughter had a lovely stay. The house is in a lovely quiet location close to a nice cafe. It is spacious and warm and has everything you could need (including quality high chair). Highly recommended for a relaxing stay

Had a great stay at Marc’s place. Kids really enjoyed being in the outdoors and the location was perfectly close to Grafham water, Huntingdon, Brampton and local amenities. Cute little community shop within walking distance, great amenities within the house from washing to dishwashing down to bathroom facilities (q-tips, cotton pads etc). Loved the underfloor heating and the great shower also. Totally recommend

Sojourned at Mila's over the NYE to get away from the hustle and bustle. The cottage is charming and it is located in a peaceful village. Incredibly clean, cosy and characteristic of the Cambridgeshire countryside. Mila was professional and accommodating and the place was set up with everything that one would require! It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the Coach House. The property is beautifully designed and the decor is very stylish. The house was very clean throughout and we had everything we needed for our stay. Charlie was very quick in replying with any queries that we had throughout our stay also. We thought the paintings throughout the house were a lovely touch to the property also. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We loved staying here and I especially loved how peaceful the location was. Our children loved it and the spaces are gorgeous; our daughter especially loved how friendly the horses were. We arrived at 10pm on a Friday night and Amanda had left the keys in the door for us which made the end to a long drive from Leeds easier! The whole lodge is beautiful throughout and with underfloor heating was very cosy. I could imagine the summer months being even more luxury to the property with the bifolds and stunning views at the back of the property. Overall, we’d stay here again as it was such a lovely breakaway.

My wife and I enjoyed a short break in Barn Cottage. We wanted to see Cambridge and found this place ideal to use as a relaxing base. Located on a quiet no through road and within walking distance to Milton Park and Ride, 10 - 15 minutes walk away, lots of pubs serving food, Fish & Chip shop and other shops all near by. Also within walking distance is a Tesco Super Store and a lovely Country Park only minutes from Barn Cottage. Barn Cottage it's self was perfect and didn't disappoint. Everything was to a very high standard and I would recommend Barn Cottage to anybody visiting the Cambridge area. Caroline was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

Stunning cottage in stunning grounds of a stately home / manor. The cottage is in a private orchard so you have a lovely very large green / garden with the accompanying birdsong to enjoy to yourselves! There are no other cottages so the grounds are private and wonderful to explore on foot too. The kids brought their bikes for some cycling on the attached woodland paths and lovely for morning or evening walks. The cottage itself is modern, spotless and well heated, lovely roll top bath and walk in showers. The cottage from outside to in is all one floor so great for our baby who was crawling (there is one step between the kitchen and living room). Hosts were very responsive and welcoming.

Really enjoyed our stay in Burnham on Crouch and this property is very well located to explore the area. Quirky, tastefully decorated and well furnished. Lovely, well designed garden allows you to take in the sun all through the day. Local convenience store is very close by and Burnham has many great pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. All of which are pretty much a stones throw away. Parking was a little tricky as we had to use the free public car park but once we found the little alley at the end of the terrace the car park is actually only 1min away. Really enjoyed our stay.
