Wir waren mit der Familie dort. Absolut tolles Haus und egal welche Frage oder Bitte ich an den Eigentümer hatte, 10 Minuten später bekam ich eine Antwort oder er hat sich selbst um alles gekümmert. Wir empfehlen ein „GolfCar“ mit zu mieten (hat er auch für uns gemietet) ! Zum einkaufen 🛒oder zu den Restaurants sind es zu Fuß 🦶 ca 30 Minuten…. Mit dem Car kann am Strand 🏝️ gefahren werden, ca 10 Minuten. Tolle ruhige Lage mit Paradiesischem Strand 🏖️ absolute Weiterempfehlung !! Zum tauchen empfehlen wir „Orca Tauchbasis“. Auch erwähnenswert: auf den QR Code den ihr vom Vermieter bekommt, gibt es auf fast alles 10 - 20% Nachlass, Zugänge in allen Hotels zum Essen oder Gym (gegen Bezahlung ). Gym hat ein neues aufgemacht , kann auch kostenlos genutzt werden ( SportsArena). Wir kommen wieder ….

wie immer super! Ich war nun zum 4. Mal da und genieße die Ruhe, die große Terrasse, die komfortable Ausstattung als auch den kurzen Weg zum Thalasso Zentrum/ Golfplatz. Nur beim Gate gab es Unstimmigkeiten mit der Identifikation zwecks Einlass...letztlich blieb doch alles beim Alten und der ID badge erleichtert alles. Vielen Dank ich komme gerne im Herbst wieder!

What a beautiful place!!! From the clean spacing to the wide clear windows that overlook the golf course and beach. Will definitely be coming back. Also, the smooth communication with operations team was very helpful and responded to all our needs in a timely manner. 100/10. Recommend going to cascade beach instead of White beach for a better beach experience.

I recently completed my stay at this apt The location is fantastic, with easy access to downtown and pool. There were well-maintained, and the apartment itself was spacious and clean. I had a positive experience. The management team was responsive and friendly. I would recommend this Apartments to others looking for a great community. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The unit is part of a newly developed project. The unit is up to 5-starts hotel standards with full services upon request. My kids enjoyed the direct access to pool and sea. We enjoyed the four surrounding 5-start hotels where we would go for beach activities or restaurants. Amine and his fellow team member where helpful and responsive whenever needed. I felt it is good value for money and would come again.

Ali deserves the title of superhost. From the beginning he was very responsive and helped us with all our questions and inquiries. He was so nice to bring us around with his car wherever and whenever we requested. The AirBnB is also very peaceful and great for people who want a taste of the real Safaga with nice views.

The house is beautiful and feels like home - the owner invested in decorating and accessorizing the house to make you feel home not just a plain rental. Partment was very responsive either through texting or calling. We are very pleased with our experience- will definitely do it again.

We loved our stay at Mark’s place. Mark is a very responsive and welcoming host. The lodge is very nicely furnished and we loved the artwork, especially in the reception. We could find everything we needed; everything in the house is clean and functional. It was nice to find some consumables to use for a short stay like a couple of garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, salt/pepper, etc. which you would otherwise need to buy in bulk. We stayed in soma bay in several houses before but Mark’s place definitely tops the list. We will back again :)
