The house is very cosy and nice. The location is relatively easy to get grab rides as well!

+ very responsive host + a lot of rooms + short way to the beach + good place for one or two nights + good places to buy seafood not far away but you need a car

Absolutely recommend! We had issues with the air-conditioners so Tom had that sorted for us the very next day! Very happy! =)

Annie and Jira were absolutely incredibke hosts and we felt so welcome, at home and incredibly happy during our wonderful stay in Maison Chan. Everything was perfect and we really loved the area and the home itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated as well as being perfect and comfortable for all our needs. I had an amazing stay at this place! It was super cozy, spotlessly clean, and so peaceful—exactly what I needed. The swimming pool was a highlight, always nice and well-kept. Every room felt fresh and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya in the future. Honestly, I’m already looking forward to booking it again for my next trip!

Would stay again

We had booked the villa for 3 nights. During the booking process the owner responded very fast and did follow up with warm hospitality. On check in day, he would obtain our vehicle number to inform gate security in advance so we don’t have any problem when getting in. The nice lady who opened door for us explained the facilities and rules to us very details. The villa is clean and prefect for families and friends group as most of the bed are double bed with own bathroom so you can have 3 families of 4 stay in the same villa without queuing for bathroom. Entertainment facilities are well organised and thoughtful, it have pool table, karaoke and BBQ facilities, not to mention the clean and beautiful pool. Check out process were very smooth too, the lady came on time and check everything and let us leave the villa gave us enough time to catch our flight. We highly recommend to book with Eddie.

villa was really nice spotless when we entered just as described and yai's a good man would 100% stay again, thank you yai 🙂

Overall nice and fully equipped house, exactly as on the pictures, suitable for a long stay. Roland is welcoming and easy going host, it was nice to deal with him. Only downside i could mention is a neighbor who is running a streetracers workshop or something like that, it was disturbing when they were having a parties etc. Of course it has nothing to do with a house or the owner. We would stay again.

The place is perfect for group of friends. The house was spotless clean when we arrived and the host was really responsive to our messages. We had a great time in this property.

BTS 온눗역 에서 도보 6분 거리에 있는 조용한 주택 단지에서 내 집처럼 편안하게 잘 쉬었습니다. 5명이 침대를 1개를 차지하고 호텔보다 더 편하게 있었습니다. 10명이 생활 할 수 있는 충분한 공간이며 에어컨 등이 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 주방도 잘 되어 있었으며 다음에 많은 인원이 간다면 반드시 예약하겠습니다.

Good host got back to you for anything you need almost immediately

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The place is so peaceful and beautiful, the room was spacious, clean and with everything you need. It is only a short drive from the airport and easy to access. Has a convenience store 5 min walking distance and delivery services are readily available. It is truly pet friendly, Malee loves animals and welcomes them with a smile. I cannot praise Malee enough, she went above and beyond to help us get settled for the night and helped us find a reliable driver for the next step of our journey. I highly recommend this place and hope I can stay there again in the future!

We absolutely loved this place—it's both beautiful and peaceful. Both houses offered plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our family. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped, making it feel just like home. The housekeeper was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach every morning, and it was never crowded—just perfect. We’d definitely love to come back and will be recommending it to our friends and family.
