Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight adults (no children) can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable for smaller groups.
