Such an amazing apartment! Spacious, very stylish and it has an amazing, sunny terrace with a stunning view. Supermarkets, restaurants, ATM and a bakery are within walking distance. Marli was super communicative and always replied very fast. She gave us some useful tips for river beaches and even brought us cake for her sons birthday :) 10/10!

O local situa-se numa zona excelente com parqueamento gratuito junto ao alojamento. O mesmo estava como descrito nas fotos, um local bem equipado, limpo e visualmente muito agradável. O proprietário foi sempre prestável e atencioso com as questões relacionadas com a nossa comodidade. Aconselho a estadia.

I'll write the review in English so it can reach everyone, as well as some tips for your stay. The apartment was in excellent condition, very well decorated and clean. The TV supports Youtube and Netflix. The hosts are super nice, the area is calm, perfect for night walks. As for my tips: Restaurants in the area are cheap and serve good food. If you plan on going to Stop, a medium dose of beef does feed 2 people for only 10€. Do note that the nearest supermarket is a 30min walk from the apartment, so if you're not bringing a car make sure to stock up on your first day!

Helga and Mario have a beautiful clean place with incredible views of the Douro River Valley. We had great instructions to get to the home and how to get in with a keyless code. It was raining and cold so we were soaked getting the gate open and getting suitcases inside. There’s a fireplace in the living area and I asked Helga if we could get firewood and within minutes someone arrived with wood and he even built us a fire. When I made my reservation, I mentioned that I needed a haircut/ pedicure and Helga made me an appointment with Sonia in the next village of Tabuaço for the day after we arrived, that was wonderful service and kind of her. I was very pleased. Helga gave very good information on things to do in the area and places to eat. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have had while traveling. Everything was clean and as stated in the listing. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs if that is an issue but we were told this before we booked. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Super nice place in a great location, super convenient for travelers since it's in the center, lots to do around and easy to walk to and from it. All the amenities are there, and the service was super friendly and helpful 👍🏻 it's my second time booking with then and still recommend and will be looking to book with then next time I'm visiting the city. :)

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel, nous sommes ravis. Le lieu est magnifique, le studio est extrêmement bien équipé, l'environnement est sublime, la literie et les serviettes sont de qualité et nous avons apprécié chacune de vos petites attentions. Un grand merci à Carlos qui a participé à la réussite de notre voyage !

Très bon rapport qualité prix. La vue est exceptionnelle, l'environnement est fabuleux : citronniers, chants d'oiseaux multiples, ... Seul petit bémol, impossible de se garer devant le logement.

La propriété était magnifique. Nous sommes arrivés en avance et ils se sont empressés de tout nettoyer. On nous a offert la propriété avec le jacuzzi, et il y avait toutes les commodites nécessaires pour notre bébé : chaise haute, jouets, lit… le jacuzzi devant les grandes fenêtres était une expérience inoubliable. Endroit central pour explorer le douro. On a répondu à tous nos besoins, on nous a offert du porto et des fruits locaux. C’est évident que ces gens ont à cœur le bien être de leurs invités, on recommande sans hésitation.

Merci à Fernando! Bonne communication et très sympathique! Mes amis et moi avons aimé la petite maison située dans un petit village perché dans les montagnes du Douro. Nous avions une super belle vue sur les vignes. Expérience dépaysante et agréable!

O Solar dos Condes da Azenha, em Fonte Arcada, é uma casa lindamente decorada, com uma atmosfera acolhedora e elegante. As grandes janelas oferecem uma vista deslumbrante, especialmente ao pôr do sol, que pinta a casa com tons mágicos. Situado numa aldeia encantadora, é o lugar ideal para relaxar e desfrutar da tranquilidade e da beleza natural.

Het appartement was ruim, proper, modern, prachtig gelegen met zicht op de Douro en oversteeg onze stoutste verwachtingen (beter dan de foto's). We hadden spijt dat we niet langer konden blijven. Dankzij de duidelijke instructies en foto's van Antonio hadden we het appartement heel snel gevonden. Inchecken via het sleutelkastje verliep ook zeer vlotjes. De 2 badkamers waren geen overbodige luxe. Vlak naast het appartement bevindt er zich een leuk barretje met zeer democratische prijzen. In de zomer moet het geweldig zijn om aan het mooie zwembad te vertoeven. Wij komen zeker terug!

Claudia en haar man Xavier waren super hosts! Ze waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam op elk moment van de dag. Claudia had een welkomsdrankje en een zelfgebakken cake voor ons klaarstaan. Het apartement was gloednieuw en alles was even mooi en fris. De keuken was uitstekend voorzien van alle gemakken en de woonkamer gezellig. Er was een heel breed ruim terras met stoelen en een tuin met ligstoelen die s'avonds sfeervol verlicht werd door de veelheid aan lampjes in de bomen en in de tuin. Parkeren in de straat was ook heel makkelijk en veilig. We bevelen dit heerlijke appartement van harte aan voor een verblijf in Vila Real. We komen heel graag nog eens terug!

Nous avons passé 5 jours fabuleux en famille dans la quinta, où le personnel était très agréable. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région du Douro. Le restaurant de la propriété est très bon. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr !
