Huletts School House

Experience history while staying in the original one room school house that was in use from 1920 - 1967. An addition was added to the school house in 1970 and the entire home was remodeled in 2021. Enjoy a view of Lake George from the living room and as you walk around the property. Relax on the deck as you listen to the creek that winds alongside the property. This property boarders 100’s of acres of untouched Adirondack wilderness. Listen for horned owls and keep an eye out for humming birds.

Fully renovated, this home has industrial style finishes to pay tribute to the towns 1900s graphite mining boom. Outside, there is off-street parking with a level II EV charger, back deck, gas grill, outdoor dining, fire pit with ADK chairs, and the Hague Brook right in the backyard.

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. I enjoy booking my two-story in-law apartment with a private entrance, which is attached to my 1850 Poultney Village home. I am located a block from Main Street with shops, books, and eateries. I am in the lakes region of Vermont, close to both Lake St. Catherine and Lake Bomoseen. Killington is 35 miles away. We am also located a mile from the NY border and the entrance to Lake George and the Adirondacks.

Castleton Cottage

This is a newly renovated first floor one bedroom apartment. It has all the amenities of home including a walk-in shower, full kitchen, and a pull-out sofa.
