La casa es enorme y muy bonita. Perfecto para pasar varios días por Roma debido a su gran ubicación y tamaño. Si vienes en familia grande (Como yo con 6 personas), cuenta con todos los servicios funcionales, todas las camas fueron muy cómodas y el lugar de estacionamiento es espacioso para meter una van de buen tamaño. Giulio es uno de los anfitriones más amables con los que he tratado. Es súper amable, comunicativo y las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron muy precisas. Definitivamente en cuanto regrese a Roma buscaré regresar a La Dolce Vita.

Our 2 night stay in Arpino was absolutely incredible & will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Claudia provided impeccable communication from start to finish, making the entire experience seamless & enjoyable. This place is particularly special to us as Claudia helped me arrange a surprise engagement proposal for my now fiancée. Her helpfulness & responsiveness, from suggesting beautiful spots to visit to offering tips on what to do, made all the difference. The apartment was a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort, featuring a sleek bathroom & cozy living space. It was compact yet very comfortable, equipped with amenities like a coffee machine, kitchen hob, fridge, & even a hot tub in the room, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Set in Arpino hills, the property offered stunning views over the town & the surrounding landscape. Waking up to the sunrise over the farmland and mountains was a highlight. Our stay was unforgettable, & we can’t thank Claudia enough!

Fin, ren och trevlig lägenhet med jättestor, härlig terrass. Mycket lugnt och tyst läge och ändå promenadavstånd till den jättefina stranden, butiker och restauranger. Vi hade en riktigt härlig semestervecka här i slutet av oktober.

Casa ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con il proprietario dell’alloggio, molto disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente se si vuole vivere un’esperienza rilassante e tranquilla immersa nel verde e ottima collocazione in quanto a pochi minuti dagli impianti sciistici.

Esperienza ottima! L’alloggio era pulito, accogliente e perfettamente conforme alla descrizione. La posizione è ideale per visitare la zona, e l’host è stato sempre disponibile e gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Really enjoyed staying at Francesca’s with my 4 year old son for three nights. Really enjoyed staying right in the middle of the city and pretty much walked everywhere. The streets were busy with people until about 1230-1am, so I had to keep the window in the bedroom closed, but that’s to be expected due to the location. The apartment was well equipped and everything was very clean. Will be back to Rome at some point to see all the rest of the sites. Thank you Francesca There was a big thunderstorm/ and or my son bumped the Wi-Fi box, so it didn’t work until the next day in the afternoon, but Francesca made calls and got it fixed.

Merci Vittorio pour votre accueil. Vittorio est disponible réactif . Le logement est parfait et propre , nous n’avons manqué de rien. L’emplacement central est idéal pour découvrir Rome. Il y a de nombreux restaurants aux pieds ou proches de l’appartement mais aucune nuisance sonore. Très bonne literie même le canapé. Et n’oublions pas la terrasse le petit plus juste au top. Un grand merci, nous recommandons ++++ !

Very, very, central location in Trastevere. Easy to get from Trastevere across the river. Half hour walk to/from Trastevere Station to get to/from FCO. The Host, Ladi, was super responsive and gave lots of suggestions and advice when he met up with us and even showed us around a little. Apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The apartment was surprisingly quiet given how central it is and the patio was a luxurious private space.

Alessandra’s apartment was perfect for our stay (two couples) in Rome. It’s in walking distance to all the attractions, but the neighborhood itself is slightly less busy than many others, while still offering countless dining and shopping options. Check-in was incredibly easy, and Alessandra was very helpful in arranging transport to the airport for our departure. I would definitely stay here again.

Simona e Federica, due sorelle estremamente cordiali e disponibili. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa per qualche giorno e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. La casa è spaziosa, unica nel suo genere e curatissima in ogni dettaglio, meglio che nelle foto. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, il soggiorno comodo e accogliente, gli spazi esterni una chicca e con una vista strepitosa. La zona è tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile. La consigliamo vivamente a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e un’accoglienza impeccabile!

Villa stupenda con un ampio giardino, grandi camere e terrazzo con panorama spettacolare. Ho festeggiato il compleanno con i miei amici e siamo stati benissimo.

Wir, eine Familie mit Kindern und Großeltern hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Vittorios Villa. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und den Jacuzzi, für Elten und Großeltern war eher die Nähe zur Kultur der ewigen Stadt wichtig. Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil, aber nach einem anstrengenden Tag in den Museen ist es herrlich, sich in der Ruhe der Nachbarschaft am Pool bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terasse zu entspannen. Vittorio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, jederzeit zu erreichen mit vielen nützlichen Hinweisen. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, auf die Restaurants sollte man außerhalb der Saison lieber nicht zählen.

Una bellissima casa, con uno splendido giardino e belle stanze. Tutto pulito e in ordine, Danilo è stato gentilissimo e sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia. L'appartamento ha superato le nostre aspettative sotto ogni punto di vista. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente l'ampio spazio esterno, ideale per rilassarsi e per far giocare i bambini in tutta sicurezza. Le camere sono molto spaziose e complete di tutto il materiale necessario, rendendo il soggiorno confortevole e senza preoccupazioni. L'aria condizionata è stata un vero sollievo durante le giornate più calde. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal mare, permettendoci di esplorare facilmente la zona senza doverci spostare troppo. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata l'accoglienza e il supporto di Paola, che è stata eccezionale dal primo momento. Ci siamo sentiti davvero benvenuti e assistiti in ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia godersi una vacanza serena e piacevole. Grazie di cuore a Paola per aver reso il soggiorno così speciale!

Raffaele and Jojo were friendly. We enjoyed meeting them. So helpful, so kind and cheerful. The space is large great for gatherings, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms and beds were so comfortable. I was able to get a great nights sleep. Beautiful birds and breezes, large windows and patios. Just fabulous. So many thanks to you Raffaele for accommodating an early accommodation, we so greatly appreciate it. We were blessed to find your place as our first stop in Italy! Best to you.

Marco è stato un host favoloso, presente e premuroso per far si che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto. l'alloggio è ancora più bello di quanto descritto e mostrato nelle foto. È dotato di qualsiasi cosa possa essere necessaria durante il soggiorno e la cucina è super attrezzata. Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 e abbiamo potuto godere degli spazi interni ed esterni con la massima privacy. La casa di Marco è di gran lunga il miglior airbnb nel quale mi sia mai capitato di soggiornare
