Great location, just steps away from both Playa Bonita (for waves) and Playa Coson (for calm waters). Great layout for indoor/outdoor living with its large covered patio space. We made ample use of the pool, all day and night. AC in the lower bedrooms was quite adequate. We recommend walking down the beach to the Mosquito for a meal and drinks.

We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first vacation with our 18 month old toddler, which we were so scared of - but it was so so perfect. The house had everything we needed for him, crib, high chair, microwave for his milk, etc. Carlos' communication was amazing, he always responded immediately and helped us with absolutely everything we needed (airport cars, a buggy rental at the house, massages, etc). The house was beautiful as was the location. The beach we could walk to was fantastic! Also Jackie, who cooked all our meals was AMAZING! Her food was beyond delicious, she was so sweet and kind, and our 18 month old toddler was absolutely in love with her. Can't recommend enough, definitely going back!

Fui con un grupo de amigos y las fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar. Demasiado tranquilo, privado, espacioso y precioso. 100% recomendado, el Sr. Michel nos recibió y fue muy amable. Y de la estadía no tenemos quejas. La casa está súper equipada y amueblada. Todo lo que necesitas al alcance de las manos.

Lugar espacioso, nos acomodamos 9 adultos y un niño cómodamente. La decoración de la villa con buen gusto inspira a relajarse. Esta en complejo Cap Bonita, maravillosa ubicación para llegar caminando a Playa Bonita y a parte Este de Playa Coson. Christopher y Florence son maravillosos! Siempre pendientes, dispuestos, educados. AL llegar encontramos un inconveniente con el servicio eléctrico por una avería de la empresa que afectaba a varias villas, aunque esto no estaba en control de los Host, Christophe hizo acto presencia para colobarorar con los técnicos y como disculpa nos invito a cenar, no aceptamos la invitación pero agradecemos profundamente el detalle. Recomiendo 100% este hospedaje. Volvería sin dudarlo.

We stayed at Maria’s place for 10 weeks in Jan, Feb and March and absolutely loved it. Right from our initial booking Maria & (Mario) were awesome and quick to respond to any questions. Mario met us at our arrival and looked after us during our stay. The house was clean, kitchen had everything. We spent lots of time at the outdoor table and lounge chairs. The casita was located in a shady area with lots of palms so we never needed the air conditioning only ceiling fan. The pool was amazing and warm. There is a gate at the front and a security guard at night. The complex is super close to everything. Beach 5-10 min walk and grocery stores were 10-15 min. Lots of restaurants close by and a hospital right around corner. The complex is right in town but didn’t feel like it with all the palm trees, flowers and foliage that were kept immaculate. There are some cats who live in the complex but if you don’t feed them they don’t bother you. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

wonderful home secluded up a hill. Last house out of only 3 behind a secured gate. we didn't want to leave the last day. so peaceful and beautiful. watch the stars at night in the terrace and hang out in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean and the mountains. Great experience

Estuvimos en el alojamiento de la familia Marte, mi familia y yo para celebrar mi cumpleaños, la pasamos sumamente bien, siempre nos respondieron de manera amable y rápida. El alojamiento genial, súper cerca de la playa y cuenta con la asistencia de Dio, una chica muy amable, educada y dispuesta. Totalmente recomendado.

One of the best house I stayed in, everything was well organized with the house keeper. The chef was amazing, house also came with speakers. It had everything you would need for your stay and more.

Me and my family loved this villa. The walk to the beach is within a few minutes. Literally feels like you have a private beach. We were welcomed by the cleaning lady. She was great! The villa is super safe and easy to get around. I would definitely recommend to stay here. The only thing one of my guest didn’t like was that the cleaning lady came at 9am to clean on check out day. I understand it’s a big villa and she had to get it ready for the next booking. Overall a great place. Thank you for having us! If you are driving be careful pulling into the curvy driveway :) also keep in mind most restaurants, places to eat are 10-20min drive from the villa

Muy bonito lugar y acogedor para relajarse un poco

We were at one with nature in this peaceful oasis! We stayed here with our rambunctious 3 year old; we knew it would be a little risky due to accessibility to the pool, stairs, etc but it turned out great! Really enjoyed the (incredible!!) view, pool, the beautiful gardens, the wildlife. We also liked the area, we really got a sense of the real DR. The place was perfect for a short stay! The kitchen had the basics, but imo not enough for a longer stay. The highlight was the little cat, my son had lots of fun giving it water and cuddling it. Lots of ants/wasps/mosquitos here, if you don’t like creepy crawlers, this place might not be suitable! The place was as described, clean and the staff on site were great (daniel and anulfo). We managed to get up the hill in a tiny Kia Picante, but as others suggested, its a very steep, rocky road; an SUV would have been best but it was still do-able in our car with extreme caution! Beautiful apartment with spectacular views! Our family of five truly enjoyed this hidden oasis. The private beach was stunning. Our children enjoyed the rec room and pool as well. The on site restaurant serves great food with a great view of Cayo Levantado. There is much to do and enjoy in this beautiful part of the county. Host was very helpful and always responsive. We would definitely recommend booking this wonderful property.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Las Terrenas en particulier dans l’appartement à Ulysse. Le logement est super en tout points. La piscine est top et fait du bien, surtout après de grosses journées de visites. La résidence est très bien placée, à deux pas des restaurants, du centre ville et de la plage et pourtant très au calme. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement et nous y reviendrons certainement.

Not sure why there no many reviews from nowadays but the place is amazing. is not our first time in Las terrenas but here you wanna back. Very private place, only 4 bungalows on the area and each one is private. Kitchen has all necessary amenities, jacuzzi works perfect. Dogs are welcome and have space to run. Elvira is super helpful and responsive! We are definitely going to back! Thank you for this weekend we enjoyed the place loooot!

Excellent, beautiful home in a private and serene location overlooking the mountains. Rebecca was super responsive and the grounds keeper was always available to help if any problems arose. Just make sure you have a good vehicle to reach the airbnb!

Ein fantastischer Ort um runter zukommen! Ein grandioser Ausblick und ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber! Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Bei der Auffahrt unbedingt drauf achten, die linke Seite der Straße zu nutzen!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Yolanda ! La maison est idéalement située, à proximité de la plage, des restaurants et des commerces. Le jardin est magnifique, et la piscine est un vrai plus. Les photos reflètent parfaitement la réalité. C’est un logement que je recommande vivement, notamment pour les familles. Amazing and beautiful place. More beautiful than pictures. Very spacious and nice surroundings. The location is very pleasant for people that are looking to breathe and enjoy peaceful. The view is spectacular. Virginia is a great host, very friendly and responsive. I’ll definitely be back.

The house was beautiful! Honestly , the photos did not do it justice. The space was perfect for my large group of guests. We were a party of twelve with children. The breakfast chef was amazing, had I known I would have booked her each morning. The rooms on the main floor were clean and smelled fresh. The room on the second level, seemed a little missed on cleanliness of the floor and mirror , other than that it was perfect. Check in and check out was simple and easy.
