Atlas is one of those perfect cafe's. Great food, awesome people, plenty of seating, lots of natural light, with a very sunny and quite patio on the back. This place has been around for a long time, way before this became a vibrant and busy neighborhood as it is today. Even though everything changed around them, they maintained their spirit to be a cozy community place. I also love their live music nights!

3049 20th StAtlas is one of those perfect cafe's. Great food, awesome people, plenty of seating, lots of natural light, with a very sunny and quite patio on the back. This place has been around for a long time, way before this became a vibrant and busy neighborhood as it is today. Even though everything changed around them, they maintained their spirit to be a cozy community place. I also love their live music nights!

Fresh ingredients, a changing menu and lots of heart make this unpretentious New American in the Mission a really special place for a "quiet, off-the-beaten-path dinner" or "quick and tasty brunch" (offered Wednesday–Sunday).
The dinner menu is my favorite!

The dinner menu is my favorite!
One of my favorite all-purpose spots: for breakfast, satisfying the sweet tooth, afternoon coffee dates, reading and writing, and now with a gorgeous full bar as well! Tartine just received their liquor license a few months ago and hired celebrity mixologist Julian Cox from Los Angeles to design and direct the bar program. The menu is greatly inspired by the culinary experimentation Tartine is known for, and I'm excited to watch the libations change with the seasonal ingredients!

With a focus on commissioning new work, SoEx supports artists in the development of large-scale projects, performances, workshops, and through residencies and gatherings to create a forum on contemporary sociopolitical and cultural issues and new modes of production. An artist-run Curatorial Committee made up of a rotating group of 8 artists and 2 staff members selects artists to develop and present new ideas.
