A reasonable option if the Alpine is too busy. The food is average, it's kind of a local bar as well.

Prime Rib. One of my top 3 prime rib joints. The atmosphere inside and service are very nice. Open year round.

Willow Creek trailhead is easily accessible. You can take a short 1.5m loop, do longer runs into the wilderness, or hike trail 9 all the way to Harney Peak using a route less travelled by the masses.

THE road to drive in the Black Hills. From the Iron Mt. Picnic area, near the top, are some awesome hiking trails.

$2 beer. $3 cheeseburgers. More stuff to look at than you have time for. Where the locals hang, year 'round. Be sure to check out the 2nd floor and basement as well. You might run into me here.
