Great view from this vantage point, outdoor barbeques on both river level and up on River Terrace running above the cliffs. Rockclimbing, river kayaking, rollerblading, segways can be hired from Riverlife which is based on the river near the base of the Kangaroo Pt Stairs. Great views of Brisbane, Morning, Daytime and Night.

Suncorp Stadium is a 1.3 kilometer walk from the unit directly down Milton Rd. Be advised that at large events traffic along Milton Rd can be slow. Walking to the stadium takes approximately 20 minutes. Other alternatives include Uber or a taxi as there is NO parking at the stadium.
A pre concert or game destination is Caxton Street or the Barracks. Bars and restaurants are plentiful both before and after the event.

Scenary, Beaches, Parklands. If you have access to a car a great day trip - drive out to Cleveland and take the ferry across to North Stradbroke Island. Buses service the island to get your around as you leave your car on the mainland.
