Open eveyday fom 8:30 am to 8:30 pm.
Try the bakey corner for fresh baked bread or "schiacciata con olio alla fiorentina" (delicious) and ask the counter to have them filled with cheese or prosciutto, mortadella or salami. Soo good!

Not to be missed : the CREAM flavour and FESTINA LENTE, the real Renaissance flavor (both my favourites ones).

In my opinion, the best place in Oltrarno area, aside Santo Spirito Square.
One of the few family Resturant in Florence that still has kept the same original atmosphere of the 1950's.
Food is fantastic and very traditional :you'll feel like home as a Florentine Mum was cooking in the kitchen just for you.
If you want to be sure to find a table, you have to be there around 7:00 pm, or be prepared to queue.

One of the few family Resturant in Florence that still has kept the same original atmosphere of the 1950's.
Food is fantastic and very traditional :you'll feel like home as a Florentine Mum was cooking in the kitchen just for you.
