Honestly, it is quite new in Chicago. It was just expanded, and it is a neat place to go to. It is free and it takes you from the mid downtown area to Navy Pier. Great for Chicago views.

It is a small beach right next to Museum Campus and next door to the Plantearium. Great during the summer months. They have a cute little Taco Place on-site. Very good for those 7 am quiet swims which I have done.
