This is my secret spot for the morning rush, they make these incredible bagels with different flavours and different schmears. The barista is great and they offer a good deal for bagel + coffee.

Great pub! Australian style. Awesome beer. Excellent bottle shop. They support local and they recently renovated keeping the original style. Probably my favourite pub in Newtown and it's just down the road.

The Cotton Thief is the only place I've been in Sydney that claims to be a convict bar. Worthy visiting if you pay a visit to Hayden Cremorne and just for the curiosity of seeing it, but stick to bottled/ canned drinks.

I love Manly, and part of the fun is to hop in the ferry and ride all the way there. It's just 20 min to get to Circular Quay from home with the train and you will be already having fun.

This beach is so lovely, it's a gem in Sydney Harbour within a reserve. It is usually quiet and it feels just like being in a pool. Great opportunity of swimming in Sydney Harbour.
