Lots of green space and home to the KC zoo, IMAX 3-D theatre and the outdoor Starlight Theatre which hosts major musicals and performances during the summer. Also has a beautiful golf course, picnic areas and Lakeside Nature Center (a refuge for injured wildlife and public tours).
