My favorites are the brioche French toast and the eggs Benedict. Many dishes have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options, but don't let that put you off if you don't have those dietary needs.

Sightseeing
So much to see in one place! There's the serious art museum along with two museums dedicated to the circus. Of these two, my favorite is the one that houses a scale model of the circus coming to town. I go every year because I never tire of the scenery and always notice something I hadn't seen before. There's also the free set glass wing and the home of John and Mable Ringling. Also the complex is within a beautiful part of Sarasota with its extensive gardens and its gorgeous bayfront presence. You won't be disappointed!

Located right in the neighborhood, this family friendly stop includes flamingos, alligators and exotic birds. Family owned and, I'm told, involved in exotic bird rescue. An easy walk from the house.

Siesta Key's beachfront has been voted #1 in the USA! Can't top that. The sand is white and has very fine grains of sand. Easy to walk on or just relax while sunbathing or reading. Bring friends and a bottle of wine and enjoy the beautiful sunset too! Good dining in the little main part of town too.
