Oven baked coconut flour pizzería in a little corner restaurant with artisan beers and special drinks. Very romantic and low key ambiance. Only 5 tables, hope you get lucky. Great for a long conversation dinner.

HISTORICALLY KNOWN BEST LOCAL BURGER JOINT IN SAN JUAN. Do not expect a high quality luxury facility, this place is raw, local, outdoors and has a very cool local vibe to it. Everyone in Puerto Rico, from every social and economic class meets here for a traditional hamburger. + A meal is only $5 - 9 ;)

Hands down our personal favorite coffee in the city, freshly harvested in the mountain town of Jayuya (highest elevation valley in the island) about 2 hours from San Juan. This place is centric to a lot of office buildings so expect to see the local city workforce sitting here to unwind and charge up.
You can also visit Hacienda San Pedro's local farm in Jayuya to experience the process of coffee harversting and planting. Just google Hacienda San Pedro Jayuya.
