This is a place to see, the interior and atmosphere is somewhere from 50's. I once had mashed potato, as side dish, that obviously wasn't made with love, but other than that the food is good.

For Italian cravings, pizzas and pastas. Some say they serve the best pizzas in Helsinki, but there's at least 10 best pizzerias if you ask around. Anyway, this is not bad at all.

Really good vegan buffet, open until 6 pm Mon-Sat. It's pay-by-weight, and not the cheapest really, so it's easy to end up with 12-15 € portions.

Fabulous bistro food; burgers are just great, with several options for side dish – not just fries. I can also recommend repes and risotto. Cool interior and friendly staff.

In Kruununhaka this bar is a bit of a classic. Not a party bar, but rather a place for a socializing with friends over a glass of beer or wine.

German café with "designesque" interior and what's more important, great cakes which they bake on the spot and imported German coffees and stuff. Perhaps a bit pricy, but well worth a visit.

I love going to public sauna in here. It's the priciest one with 15 € fee, but the atmosphere is something else, and you can dip in the sea. Smaller than Arla or Harjutori, gets crowded at times!

Rent a car here! it's so convenient to pick it up and drop it off. They have new, good cars and the staff is always willing to help and get you the kind of car you need even if it's a bit busy.
