This is by far one of my favorite restaurants, it is a farm to table restaurant located in Leavenworth, WA. Their menu changes regularly as they base it off of the freshest farm ingredients at that time. It is pricey but oh so worth it.

Yodelin Broth is like no other, they have a variety of fresh ingredients (they are also owned by the same owners of Watershed), including Elk Bratwurst.
