Very scenic views of the Charles River. About 5 minutes walk to the river from our place. The Head of the Charles Regatta is held there every October where rowing teams from around the world compete. You can walk or jog along the Charles. You can even rent boats and kayaks when in season. There are benches and picnic tables along the path. Directions: Take Makin St to Western Ave, Cross Western Ave, turn left then goes straight. Turn right before the bridge at the river. Follow the path along the river.
