Always recommended by locals. Fresh Alaskan fish, and the best beer battered halibut I've ever had. Also a bar and open until 1am.

There is the Flattop Mountain Shuttle that meets at F St & 4th Ave. This is a half day hike with stunning views right in town. The shuttle only runs in the summer, but this is also a great place to watch Aurora in the winter.
