Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday are the best days to come here. On those mornings this bomb food truck called "the rooster truck' posts up in front of the place. Its owned and operated by a former Chopped and Cutthroat Kitchen contestant Rouha Sadighi. She cooks up the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. 'The Rico Suave' paired with a latte from BB is the way to go if you are looking for the a true Venice breakfast experience. 100%.

Definitely drop into salt and straw to get a scoop of one of my favorites from the classic flavors menu 'the stumpton coffee ice cream'. if you like coffee you will really dig this. they also have new flavors that drop every month. best time to go is early afternoon to about 4pm on weekdays. After that you are going to start to see the line go down the block and the wait usually turns into 45min-1hour.
