Great restaurant with Greek cuisine just next to Arxaia Agora with a beautiful view of the Acropolis. Great food in good prices and some nights with live music. Just a tip, the portions are quite big. Do not over order!

Just next to the Greek parliament, all around the year, no matter what the weather conditions are, you will find the well-known “Evzones” or “Tcholiades” with their traditional uniforms guarding the monument of the “Tomb of the Unknown Solder”! Every hour the guard is changed and you may see the complete ceremony. If you visit Athens on Sunday do not miss the special official change of the guard at 11:00, accompanied by military music

Too close to not to be visited! The Olympieion includes the sanctuary (temple) of Olympian Zeus, Roman baths, classical houses as well as a section of the ancient city’s fortification wall. It is just spectacular!
