If you have a full day and are prepared to take a long (about 2 hours one way) and scenic bus ride, then the Temple of Poseidon at Sounion is well worth the visit. Remember to take your swimming costume and walking shoes if you'd like to take a walk down the hill and swim in the Aegean Sea. The views are stunning and you will want to take plenty of photos. It's worth staying for the sunset. Pack water for the bus ride and perhaps a picnic. There is a restaurant at the top and a few tavernas on the beach as well.
