Great personal training gym on the ground floor and group training studio on the second floor. They have the best trainers and the staff is lovely.
The group training studio called MTLROW will provide you with intense rowing workouts, as well as high intensity trainings, row and flow (yoga) and pilates. You should definitely give it a try when in town.
