If you are looking for something a little fancier, Scalo's is a great place to visit with a great atmosphere, food and wine list. Their outdoor patio is also very nice.

An Albuquerque favorite. This breakfast and lunch spot is also known for being a backdrop in Breaking Bad. Their food is all organic and is a great place to get brunch, including mimosas.

The Sandia Resort and Casino is only about a 5-10 minute drive from the casita. They also have a 5 star spa, which is amazing!

Marble Brewery is an Albuquerque favorite. Many will agree that this brewery set the stage for the brewery boom in ABQ. The Heights location is pretty cool and only about a 15 min. drive (or uber ride) from the casita and is right next to Slice Parlor - a good pizza place. The original location is located on 1st St. and has an upstairs patio which is amazing and typically lots of food trucks during lunch and in the evening.
