This is an exceptional vegetarian, 3 mins walk around the corner. The cook spicy dishes from Kerala south India. Well worth a try.

Fabulous views. You can either book tickets to the view or go to the restaurant. A bit fancy, but good food (and a good view) and you don't have to pay for the tickets to the viewing tower!…a good place for a nice brunch (at Aqua shard)

London overground and excellent southeastern services to Victoria, blackfriars and london bridge in two stops. (see national rail service for journey times) London overground tubes come every 10-15 minutes and are seen on the tube map.

There are a variety of buses at then end of our street and others available from in front of the train/tube station. You can travel a variety of places from there.

Try a boat down the river! You can use an oyster card on it, we took it from Vauxhall to greenwich and then had a good lunch at the Trafalgar Pub, right on the river, a good way of seeing parts of London from the river.
