At Mastihari harbor, I would suggest you to visit Kalimnos by Periklis. It's my favorite place when I want to enjoy seafood.
"Kalimnos By Periklis", Periklis is the owner, is a great restaurant with fresh seafood. Try Simi shrimps!!!
