Great Barok style place for drinks & food. Hosts regular Salsa, Bachata & Kizomba nights on Wednesday & Sunday. Enter either at the Kroon or the Escape nextdoor.
Entry fee is 6 euro, but includes 2 drink vouchers. Parties start at 9pm, but it gets busy around 10pm

My favorite restaurant. Great steaks with fries. Try the premium beer on the tap: De Konick.
Small menu list, great service. Sometimes the local cat will hang out here too.
A typical 'Brown Cafe'. Wooden interior, nice lights and replica's of paintings of painters from the 17th century.
My favorite: the Peppersteak + a beer 'De Koninck'. It's about 15 euros total
Note: it can get crowded and will be noisy and warm.

Absolutely stunning views over the city. Go to the DoubleTree Skybar (top floor). Have a drink or snack and enjoy the view. Side note: not cheap!

I work at TOMS. Shoes, sunglasses and bags. Take a stop and learn about the beautiful One for One model. When you buy a pair of shoes, you'll also give one to a child in need. When you buy a pair of sunglasses, you help restore sight. When you buy a bag, you help an expectant mother and baby to have a clean environment & trained staff around when giving birth.
It's located in the historical Jordaan district, close to the famous Anne Frank house, so you should visit this area anyway :)
Say that you know Ramon Labrie and I am sure you'll get a special treatment :)
